When you come to L'Escargot Montorgueil, you must try the appetizer of snails. The first recommended one is the traditional flavor "Burgundy snail (Escargot de Bourgogne)", which is mashed parsley + garlic + special butter seasoning. They also have cheese, curry, foie gras and truffle flavored snails. There is also a kind of "golden snail", which is also a traditional flavor, but the size is two circles larger than the ordinary one! Youyoujun strongly recommends the big "golden snail"! It is really golden! Finally, you have to dip the baked small bread sticks in the sauce that flows out, which is the finishing touch.

When I come to Paris, the food that pops into my mind is: snails, foie gras and steak. When I visited Paris again in May this year, I ate at a Michelin restaurant Da Wei Fu Restaurant Lunch/dinner set menus or a la carte options are available. Equipped with Chinese menu, ps There are no prices on the women’s menu, only the men’s menus have prices. The restaurant is decorated with sophisticated decoration, exquisite tableware and butter boxes. Picture ⑥ Appetizer 1 Black Truffle Foie Gras Dumpling 98€/portion 6 pieces, which my friend and I shared equally. The first bite of foie gras is unparalleledly plump. It's delicious because the dumpling filling is a whole piece of plump and delicate oily liver. Can be eaten By the time I took the third one, I was so tired that I vomited... That's right... I immediately vowed to do it again in this life. I don’t want to eat foie gras anymore. I admire the French people’s ability to eat foie gras. Picture ⑦ My main dish was creative fried steak, and I also liked the side dishes. No But I prefer the lamb ribs that my friend ordered because the foie gras was followed by fried beef. The steak was really a bit boring... I forgot to take a photo of my friend's main course, which was lamb. The ribs have a radish in the middle, which removes the fishy smell from the mutton and gives it a refreshing taste. Very Wonderful Picture 8 Desserts... soufflé, French pudding, jelly fudge, macarons, and more There are some desserts that I can’t name. French desserts are too sweet for me Okay...Although I love sweets...these ones in France are a bit too sweet. Yes. But they are all given away... Just forget about calories when you eat.

The original taste of the ingredients is retained, and there are no blind spots. The Nordic style decoration is simple and exquisite. Sitting by the large French window on the second floor, waiting for the lazy sunlight to shine in the window, is very cozy and comfortable.

stohrer. This is a really nice place. The decoration here is very interesting. You can see the owner's care and effort in adding a lot of artistic features. I came here and ordered a drink of my favorite.

Many restaurants in Paris are open for lunch and dinner, but this restaurant is open 24 hours a day. The restaurant is famous for its pork dishes. We recommend the French onion soup, crispy fried pork trotter mixed with snail meat, and the large version of pork ribs that are cooked for 14 hours. The onion soup is good, but the addition of puff pastry makes me feel full. The pork trotter is fried with snail meat. It is fragrant and crispy. The main character, pork ribs, is soft after slow cooking, and the sauce is also tasty, but the portion is still a bit large.

One Michelin star, Japanese-French cuisine on par with sola. There are two menus for lunch, and we ordered an 8-course set. The salad appetizer was amazing, the main course was bar and veal, both of which were normal, and the dessert had a chocolate-like design that was full of childhood memories.

Yum Cha, the restaurant name translated into Chinese, is a Chinese restaurant. The overall taste of their dishes tends to be light. I personally like the food in this restaurant very much, and the price is affordable too.

I don't need to say much about the environment. It's worth going for the appearance of the store. The exploding durian pizza is served as a whole. The waiter will help you cut it, and the hot durian cheese will flow out! The ingredients are full and they can be drawn!

A century-old French restaurant in Paris, the decoration is very historical and cultural. Super good, oysters and foie gras (melt in the mouth) with French Napoleon are too sweet. Overall, it is worth a try! The service of the big sister is very enthusiastic... My poor English is good enough to order the dishes I want to eat. The most recommended foie gras is the foie gras, the steak is fried too well, maybe it is not as good as ordered. Eating snails is a French specialty. If you haven't eaten it before, you can try it, but I don't think it is very delicious. I have to go to Paris next time because I want to try other cuisines. Recommendations: foie gras, grilled steak

The moment you step in you are surrounded by an exquisite atmosphere. The service is impeccable, we were able to peek into the heart of the kitchen and the chef thanked us for coming. Each dish was extraordinary yet all worked in harmony.

We had French food at Dessance this afternoon. It is said that the chef here once worked for a three-star Michelin restaurant. The second course of white asparagus ice cream was really amazing. We kept saying: delicious, delicious 😋.

We were so lucky that we actually met the master himself. It seems that our overall luck is pretty good this time. After we sat down, we ordered the signature hot chocolate, Napoleon and lemon tart. I really like the combination of lemon tart and basil, a very straightforward lemon tart. Napoleon may be my favorite I have eaten so far. The freshly made crust is crispy and crispy, and the chocolate cream is mellow and fragrant. Even with a thick layer of powdered sugar on the top, it doesn’t feel sweet at all. Before leaving, I didn’t forget to personally select a few boxes of chocolate and handmade caramel to share with my family. I hope I can eat the original Napoleon next time I visit [laugh cry]

There is a coffee shop on the corner near the Louvre. There is a whole wall of books inside. But the habit in Paris is to sit outside, drink a cup of coffee or tea, and feel the literary atmosphere of Paris.

This is a popular Belgian mussels shop on Xiang Street. I don’t eat mussels in China because they are cheap and fishy. I tried this one because it is close to my home. The crispy and fragrant fried fish completely offset the dullness of a pot of one kilogram of mussels. The only fun part is the authentic way of eating it, using the first shell to pry the meat from the following ones. [Moon]

When traveling to France, everyone is eager to try French cuisine, but in the end they are defeated by their own Chinese taste buds and stomachs. This time, we chose to go to Michelin-recommended au bourguignon du marais to entertain friends from Beijing. The first course is 🐌 and the main course is 🍷 barbecue 🐂, paired with fine wine, which not only satisfies the French sentiment of the Chinese, but also preserves the face of French cuisine. And Marais perfectly interprets the French Bobo petty bourgeoisie!

This was our first meal in Paris after touching done and has set a very high standard for us. The server was so nice, welcoming and accommodating. The food was delicious, we ate outside and it was the perfect night. The steak was delicious, especially the sauce, as well as the assorted platter. Couldn't recommend this enough, thanks team for a wonderful night and introduction to Parisian dining.

A very creative mix of Japanese and French dishes, but the portions are a bit small. The chef is very considerate of the guests' tastes. When he found out that I was not full, he gave me three more main dishes. As a result, I was so full that I ate a lot. I like the shrimp soaked in sea water and then dipped in olive oil the most, as well as the clams, mushrooms, shrimp and tofu pudding. The appetizer of peach cold soup with celery ice cream is also very good. The exquisiteness of French cuisine is combined with the soul of Japanese cuisine.
