juki235This time I came to Rotorua and stayed in a hotel with a history of more than 120 years. It has a strong Victorian style and there are sulfur hot springs to soak in. I love them. I went to the supermarket and bought the local specialty - live mussels. I used my creativity to cook a pot of onion mussel soup. It was so delicious that my eyebrows fell off.
