20250420, I have been in the Blue Mountains for two days. This is the last morning. My daughter took me to a very beautiful town. It happened that the morning sun was bright and shining, making the town golden and shining, which made us feel very happy. Walking through the streets of the town, we felt romantic. Later, we randomly chose a street restaurant to sit down, and while waiting for the meal, we enjoyed the street view and learned about the origin of the town. I didn’t know it, but I was surprised when I learned about it. It turned out that this is such a place with historical value and culture. I said why it looks so unusual and tasteful. Now let me briefly introduce the town of Windsor in Sydney: Windsor is a historic town in the Hawkesbury area of New South Wales. It is located about 56 kilometers northwest of the center of Sydney and is located on the Hawkesbury River. It is the third oldest British settlement in Australia with a rich colonial history and well-preserved architectural heritage. The town of Windsor was originally called "Green Hills" and began to be settled in 1791. In 1810, Governor Lachlan Macquarie officially named it "Windsor" in memory of the town of Windsor in the UK. The town is the largest and most important of the five "Macquarie towns" established by Governor Macquarie in the Hawkesbury Valley. Town features: mainly Thompson Square, 🍷 Food and wine, there are many boutique wineries and farms nearby, and tourists can taste local wines and fresh produce. In addition, there are many historic bars and restaurants in Windsor Town, which can provide a rich variety of food. The second picture shows our breakfast. After breakfast, we continued to linger for a while before reluctantly leaving.

The Harbour Bridge can be seen at the corner, like hiding on the edge of the city and peeping at the bustling center. 🌇🌉 Ebi Chilli is super delicious, the shrimp head is fried crispy, the shrimp meat is plump and chewy, and the bread dipped in the soup is so delicious that I even ordered three servings of bread. The wagyu bones and toothfish are also perfect, and the dessert is satisfying with brown sugar ice cream mochi! 🥰 I like restaurants like this that have a little Japanese blood.

Sydney Opera House is a landmark that everyone knows. Bennelong is a sea view restaurant hidden in the opera house. Not only is the scenery unique, the food tastes very good and is worth a visit. My personal favorite and I recommend it to everyone. Lobster, beef tartare, fried wagyu beef. There is also a dessert, the white Sydney Opera House. Chocolate brownie + white coconut milk ice cream. As a dessert lover, it is very satisfying [heart]

Glass Brasserie in Hilton Sydney, it is indeed a Michelin-starred fine dining, everything is delicious, especially the wagyu beef and shrimp, truffle mash and desserts are also recommended, and the pasta from the kids menu is also eaten up by Meng Meng

I have checked in many times, hahaha. It is not surprising that it is a restaurant with a relatively high cost performance [haha] My friend said that Thai milk tea is delicious before, so I ordered a cup this time to try it. It is cold, so I ordered hot tea, which is more comfortable to drink, but it is really sweet [laughing and crying] But it is not particularly sweet, so it is okay. I don’t know if iced tea will be better. I will try it next time (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎) The grilled beef tenderloin and Tom Yum Goong fried rice are still delicious, but I don’t know if I remembered it wrong, the cucumber in the fried rice... is it a little less?

The restaurant is located on the 36th floor overlooking the magnificent Sydney Harbour. The view alone is a good reason to book here (especially if you are from out of town). The service was good and the wine list was extensive and better than other restaurants of this type. The menu was also very good with a wide selection, from a variety of delicious Australian beef to a variety of seafood and vegetarian dishes. The desserts were also good. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.

I've fallen in love with mille-feuille recently. I searched online and found that the best mille-feuille in Sydney is from the old French dessert shop La Renaissance. I came here to try it. 😋 It's a very traditional mille-feuille that's deadly sweet. It's different from the three more creative ones I've eaten before. I think I like the trendy mille-feuille. Keep looking!
