les bistronomes A very casual French restaurant. Ordered duck liver/Beef Wellington/Caramel pudding. Not a restaurant I would go to again. Duck liver is not only salty but also fishy for people like me who don't like to eat offal. It's thin, crispy and greasy. I feel uncomfortable in my stomach after eating it. The crispy skin of the Beef Wellington is very fragrant and crispy. The steak is a little bit light, but steaks in the village are basically sprinkled with salt and pepper. The spices probably include mustard, I think, the smell is so strong that I want to throw away the crispy skin. The caramel pudding is neither good nor bad. It tastes similar to the most expensive one I bought in the supermarket, but it has more vanilla seeds. For me, the main course is more disappointing than the appetizer 😑

The environment is extremely beautiful. It is opposite Lake Griffin. It is very pleasant to eat while looking at the lake view. The service is extremely thoughtful. From the water to the butter, then the entree and the main course, they are carried out in an orderly manner. Two small breads are served in the middle. The butter is also very Q. Before the desert is served, the table will be cleaned. Anyway, it is a very elegant restaurant. The background music is piano music. I feel that the whole person is sublimated. Unfortunately, I dare not speak loudly for fear of disturbing the environment. The dishes are really amazing! It is a very delicious Western restaurant I have eaten. The scallop and slow cooked pork belly are really amazing. They are also two side dishes with a high click rate. The main dishes of Duck and lamb back are also very tender. The red wine sauce with lamb is really delicious. The neighbor ordered the pumpkin that I had been thinking about. When it was served, it was yellow and attracted my eyes. I will try it next time when I have time! The dessert has a unique taste and the soft chocolate is very rich. The menu should change with the season

The Hollandaise sauce of the Benedict eggs is much thicker than the ones I've had before, with a dense and creamy texture. The poached eggs are just the right amount of runny, and go well with the smoked salmon. The toasted toast used as the base is a bit hard to cut after being left for a long time, so I prefer the traditional muffin. The Italian beans are lighter, the flat white is normal, and the mocha is not as sweet as the heavy chocolate, but it is more pleasing.

Food and service is amazing, nice little family restaurant. We have a gluten free in our group, they looked after her need very well. The service and the humour from the front staff, we didn’t ask his name, was entertaining. Thank you so much for a great evening celebrate our son’s 18th!!

𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐚|Unlock the culinary ritual of the capital's top steakhouse🥩 📍The Meat & Wine Co Canberra While walking along Constitution Avenue in Canberra, I was amazed by this restaurant that has won the title of "Best Steak in the Capital" for three consecutive years. The giant dry-aged meat cabinet hanging outside the floor-to-ceiling window is faintly visible, like a temple for meat eaters calling✨ Booked a window view seat in advance The sommelier recommended Burgundy Pinot Noir When the dark red liquid flows under the candlelight The 30-day dry-aged Tomahawk steak is sizzling on the table🔥 𝐃𝐫𝐲 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐰𝐤 𝟑𝟎𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 Myoglobin flows like lava when cut Under the brown skin is a gentle trap of cherry blossom pink Fat performs a trio on the tip of the tongue: The first chew is a nutty aroma, the middle note is a mellow cheese The aftertaste is the smoky aftertaste of Iberian ham‼ ️ Four girlfriends share 1.2kg Tomahawk, which is just right Paired with truffle fries and charcoal grilled asparagus Even the fitness sisters who usually restrain themselves can't help but order one more "This is clearly a waltz of protein and fat~" A little easter egg🥂 The aroma of spices wafting from the Brazilian barbecue cut by the kitchen Let the Australian uncle at the next table change the order directly Next time, I must try the secret beef ribs on the flaming sword! 𝐓𝐢𝐩𝐬: ▪️It is recommended to book in advance on the official website (window seats are super popular) ▪️You need to wait for 40 minutes for the Tomahawk, just in time to take a group of sunset atmosphere photos ▪️The cocktail menu has surprises, the Lychee Martini is super sweet Per capita|$85-120 Address|1 Constitution Ave, Canberra ACT 2601 Driving for three hours from Sydney Just for this mature art blooming between the lips and teeth It turns out that top-grade beef can really talk It's saying: "Hey girl, you deserve this happiness"💃 #Creation Incentive Plan to Share 10,000 Yuan in Cash #Creator Incentive Plan #Ctrip Community vlog Creator Plan #Canberra #Canberra Tourism
