Duck liver is not only salty but also fishy for people like me who don't like to eat offal. It's thin, crispy and greasy. I feel uncomfortable in my stomach after eating it. The crispy skin of the Beef Wellington is very fragrant and crispy. The steak is a little bit light, but steaks in the village are basically sprinkled with salt and pepper.
