The ribs tasted good, but they were too thin and a bit hard to chew. I highly recommend the assorted vegetables, which were very delicious.

The evening barbel was specially ordered to be cooked in white sauce and covered with a few thin slices of barbel lungs. I tasted it eagerly. The lungs are tender, the skin is glutinous, and the soup is thick, extremely delicious and worth the price. The simple nest of bamboo shoots looks like jasper and emerald.
