A 10 is a little high, as it is also a bit expensive, but the food was good, the portions were generous, the service was attentive, even if I think it took about an hour from ordering until we received the mains, but there were no mistakes and it was easy to get the server's attention, and the atmosphere was nice. 2 in our group had the ribs, which were really tender. We also had a steak, duck and a hamburger and all were very good. There was no room for dessert!

The Sorell Hotel is still very convenient for transportation this time. It is only about 20 meters away from the train station. The facilities are also good. The key is that I am still very satisfied with the breakfast. Although there is no rice or Chinese food, there are still many varieties of Western food. The room is also very large. You can borrow a kettle at the front desk. It is very convenient to boil water and make tea. Borrowing a kettle does not require any procedures. You can just put it in the room when you leave. The price is much cheaper. If you buy a Swiss Pass, you can save half the money by living in a small city. It only takes 40 minutes to take a train to Zurich.

🚤 Is there a small town with two countries hidden by the Rhine? Have you heard of this niche treasure that is half Swiss and half German? Rheinfelden is divided into two halves by the Rhine, with the northern part belonging to Germany and the southern part belonging to Switzerland. Although it is not popular, it is one of the oldest Zähringer family towns in Switzerland. It has wide market streets, painted facades, arcades and a Gothic town hall, showing its medieval charm. Whether you are a history lover, a nature explorer or a food and health seeker, Rheinfelden is a destination worth visiting. 🚶♀️ A slow travel experience without rushing, a Swiss tourist destination without crowds, self-driving recommended, suitable for all ages My favorite time in Rheinfelden is not in the attractions, but in these "little daily routines": ✨ Take a walk along the Rhine in the morning, the town in the mist is like a dream ✨ Sit on the riverside terrace in the evening and drink coffee, watching the sunset slowly 🧭 Transportation Tips 📍 From Basel, take the train to Rheinfelden in about 25 minutes, and get off the train and walk to the center. 📍 In summer, you can also take a cruise from the Schifflände Pier in Basel and cruise along the Rhine 📍 Another option is self-driving 📍 It is recommended to reserve half a day to a day, and not rush the itinerary to feel the rhythm of this town. 🍽️ What to eat? The food here is not simple either! My favorite MUNDART restaurant is right by the river. I especially recommend their Sunday Brunch! The price of CHF 29.50 includes classic combinations such as homemade jam, homemade bread, cheese, juice and eggs. The ingredients are fresh and you can taste the care in every bite. Compared with high-end buffets, it is warmer and more lifelike. 📍Tips: Make an appointment in advance! If you have any dietary restrictions, remember to explain it when making a reservation. I had lunch at her house today. It was quite special. For example, there was a cheese hot pot, which is also unique to Switzerland. After the cheese melted, various meats were wrapped in the pot, which tasted very refreshing. But today we had a set meal, which included beef, lamb, rice or noodles, and fish. It was also very delicious. I didn't dare to order ice cream because it was high in calories. I drank a special drink made from cheese water. It felt similar to kvass. The environment was also good. There were many kinds of Swiss clocks and old photos hanging on the wall.

The restaurant has a large floor, which is convenient for transportation. There are many locals opposite the train station, mainly eating Western food, and the environment is very good. It is mainly Western food. I ordered some rice and noodles. The rice is grain by grain. The fried Yangzhou fried rice should be good. Curry with cream fruit is also the first time I have encountered it, but it is acceptable. The draft beer is good, pure and tastes good, with rich bubbles. The average per capita consumption for a meal is about 30 Swiss francs.

Tonight, the host invited me to a high-end restaurant in Aarau. It is close to Bahnhofstrasse and has a large space. There is a bar near the entrance and a western restaurant inside. The service attitude is very good. The ham is cut fresh and eaten raw. I feel that the environment here is very good and the banquet is quite good. Today I ordered a set meal that I have never eaten before. There are also other side dishes, fried pork chops, desserts, etc. In short, I can't say it, but I just feel that the taste is good and it is very comfortable to drink some beer.

The food was excellent. However, customer service is unfortunately not something that is known here. We waited 45 minutes for the starter and another 30 minutes for the main course to be served. We had made a reservation for 5.30 p.m. so that we could enjoy dinner in peace and quiet and then watch and listen to the musical Flash Dance in the spa theater. At 6.45 p.m. we complained because the main course was still a long time coming. My chicken arrived at 7 p.m. (without the fries I had ordered with it) and my companion's burger arrived at 7.05 p.m. No time left to enjoy dinner. None of the staff had made any effort to inform the guests. We were not the only ones who had tickets for the spa theater. At 7.20 p.m. the service employee actually wanted to bring me a coffee on the house..... pretty pathetic behavior. A real shame about the food, which would have been excellent. If you hadn't waited 3 hours, you would have missed out on a great meal. If you have time for dinner, you should not choose Du Parc. We will no longer be guests of this restaurant.

My husband and I went to eat there. We bought a group order of a set meal online. It was very affordable and the meal was too big for two people. The portions were really big, enough for three or four people. We could have a full meal there.
