Nice little spot by the river, chill vibe. Iced coffee hit the spot, staff were friendly enough. Just heads up—cash only, but there's an ATM close by.

We popped in on a random weeknight and honestly the menu is massive—pizza, kebab, pasta, you name it. I just got a simple margherita and it was solid, nothing fancy but hit the spot. Prices are fair for the area too. Good spot if you're hanging with friends and can't decide what to eat 😄

The ginger tea here was spot on — properly steeped, not too sweet. Cozy little spot for a quiet afternoon break.

The shakshuka was really good and the staff were friendly. It got a bit loud inside but the seating was comfortable enough to stay and finish our coffee.

The food was solid—tasty and pretty authentic. But the service really dragged. We waited ages for the mains, and then even longer to flag someone down for the bill. Tables that came in after us got their food first, which was a bit annoying. A decent glass of red helped pass the time though.

The staff can be a bit hit or miss, but the food is solid. Just wish the savory menu had more options outside lunch hours—felt a little pricey for what we got.

The tarte flambée and homemade lemonade are still my go-to here. Right at the bus stop, so it’s easy to pop in. Staff have always been friendly.

Right on the lake, outdoor tables have a proper view. Grabbed a quick lunch there on a sunny afternoon—service was fast enough for a work break. Food did the job, nothing fancy, but the setting makes it worth it. Slightly touristy pricing, though. Fine for what it is.

The banana cake was a nice surprise—moist and not too sweet. Simple, but it hit the spot before my flight. Seating was a bit cramped though.

Stopped by the one inside Zurich HB before catching my train. Small spot but they had a decent selection. Got the classic glazed — soft, not too sweet. Perfect for a quick bite, though you’re eating it standing basically. Fine if you’re in a rush. Wouldn’t go out of my way for it, but it does the job.

Came for the lake view and honestly it’s the main reason to go. Food was solid—nothing crazy but well done. I had the fish and it was fresh, simple. Staff were polite, not overly chatty. Wine list decent. A bit pricey for what you get, but the scenery makes up for it. Would sit outside again.

The pasta at lunch was solid, and the place has that cozy, lived-in vibe you don't find often. Good spot to sit with a glass of wine and a book for an hour or two.

The risotto was spot on again—creamy, properly al dente, just like last time. I’ve been here a few times now and that dish never misses. Wine list is solid too, something for everyone. It’s tucked away on that little old-town square, which makes it easy to find a table even on busy evenings. Service stayed friendly without hovering. Only thing: it gets a bit loud when full, but I keep coming back anyway.

The owner runs the place well—friendly, on top of things, clearly cares about the food. Pizza had a nice light, crispy crust. Solid spot.

Came here with a couple of friends after work and grabbed a table near the window. We ended up staying way longer than planned just playing board games and sipping beers. Staff didn’t rush us at all, which I really appreciated. Food was solid too, nothing fancy but hit the spot. Nice break from the crowded tourist bars nearby 😊

We stopped by during the Christmas holidays and the place was all decorated, really cozy with that fancy touch. Service was on point, and the cakes were just divine. Definitely a nice spot if you're in the area, though it did get a bit busy. Still, worth the trip.

Solid lunch buffet, decent variety. Cakes were pretty good too. Staff kept things moving.

Came here for lunch, the dumplings with salad were pretty good. Reminded me a bit of Kaspressknödel from back home. Location is nice, easy to find. Service was quick, no complaints there. Just wish the portions were a bit bigger for the price, but overall a decent stop.

The chili con carne burrito was pretty good. Tortilla had a nice roasted taste, portion was decently big. Solid choice for a quick bite.

Came here on a weekday evening and grabbed a table outside. The street is quiet, lots of trees, so it felt more relaxed than most places around. I ordered the pad thai and it was decently sized for the price. Not the cheapest, but you get a proper plate. Portion was enough that I didn't need to order anything else after.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Butter pretzel and the grilled cheese with pickled onion were solid picks. Place is right by the train lines, so super easy to get to. Just note that some stuff sells out later in the day. Good spot for a safe, fast bite if you're celiac.
