TheForkUserVery nice, welcoming and clean restaurant. Familiar but refined atmosphere. Kind, attentive and punctual staff. Impeccable service. But the gem is the menu: absolutely not banal and very special. Rich and very tasty dishes. Personally we had a beef carpaccio with pear compote and pecorino flakes for appetizer, fettuccine speck and mushrooms and a chitarra for first course, grilled local pecorino cheese for second course. All exquisite, very tasty and rich in seasoning. Recommended the chitarra alla Plistia with saffron, bacon and pecorino... Superb!! Much appreciated to finish the house red wine and the chocolate fondue for dessert. We will certainly return and we will also bring our friends with us. A warm greeting to the Staff and...
