Been coming here for years. They always have a good variety of hams and cheeses. The spiced wine is a nice touch on a cold evening. Prices are fair for the neighborhood.

Cozy spot, perfect for solo dining. Their seasonal cakes are the real draw – tried the fig and honey one this time, so good! The texture was just right, not too sweet. Will be back for the next seasonal rotation.

The yakitori with sweet sauce is a nice change. But for the price, I expected a bit more meat on the skewers.

The private room tempura course was fun! Loved watching the chef fry each piece. The different salts let you play with the flavors.

Busy food court, typical for this area. Had to circle a bit for a seat at lunch. Food came out quickly, which is key for a workday break. The teriyaki chicken bowl was solid, exactly what you expect. Good for a reliable, no-fuss meal.

The three-color mushroom soba was so good! The maitake tempura was huge and the broth had a nice depth. Really filling lunch.

The private room was clean and quiet, a nice touch. But the meat quality really stood out. The beef was perfectly marbled, tender and flavorful. That's what I'll remember.
