Avocado dahi puri was the standout — clever twist. Francis and Bianca knew their pairings well. Cocktails matched the food better than most places. Solid spot if you're after something different.

Bright spot in Homannsbyen. I stopped by for a quick lunch and made my own salad — plenty of options, and it came out fast. The coffee was decent too. Seats were comfortable enough that I didn't feel rushed. Maybe a bit busy around noon, but it worked fine for me.

The upstairs seating gives you a proper view of the fjord and castle. Nice enough spot to stop for a breather while out sightseeing.

The dim sum selection is solid and service was fast. Those rice rolls with the crispy fried bread inside are definitely the standout.

We ordered catering for a family thing and it was all really good. The food was fresh and nicely put together. Picking it up was easy, staff were friendly. I’d go back for that again. Maybe not the cheapest, but for the quality and how smooth it went, it felt fair.

Easy parking and plenty of seats, which I always appreciate. Sushi was fresh enough for a quick lunch. Nothing fancy, but it did the job. Service was friendly too, not rushing us. I'd stop by again if I'm in the area.

Stopped by for a hot chocolate and ended up staying longer than planned. The interior is really cozy, and I liked that they show allergen info for everything—nice touch. Drink was rich, not too sweet. Staff smiled a lot, which always helps. Maybe a bit pricey for the size, but I’d still go back.

Nice spot with a good selection of local beers. The Cherry IPA was really good. Bonus points for the darts board, made it feel relaxed.

The venison stew was hearty and full of veggies—paired nicely with a glass of red. Solid spot before the museum.

The hot chocolate here is what keeps me coming back—topped with cream and little bits of chocolate, it’s perfect for a slow afternoon. I grabbed a slice of cake too, fresh and pretty on the plate. Prices are fair for Oslo. Just wish they had a bit more seating by the window.

Food was decent, steak came well plated but cooled off way too fast. A warmer plate would've made a difference. Staff were nice about it though. Just wish there was a toothpick at the table after the meat. Small thing but would help.

Lots of choices here—Asian, Mexican, Greek. I grabbed a fresh salad bowl and the veggies actually tasted crisp. Prices are normal for Oslo. Seating area feels a bit cold, but fine for a quick lunch.

The 13-course omakase was solid. Adobo-glazed scallops and the ribs were the highlights. Staff knew their stuff, explained each dish well. Good spot if you want a proper tasting menu without the fuss.

Stopped by for a quick bite and honestly the pita was the highlight. Fresh off the grill, still warm. Meat had good flavor too, not dry at all. Place is small but fine for a fast meal. Wouldn't go out of my way but if you're in the area it does the job.

The pastries are seriously good—came back two days in a row for them. The filo with cheese and sundried tomatoes was a standout. Service friendly, space calm. Just wish the croissant was a bit bigger for the price.

Big screens for football and proper pub grub. Service was friendly, just a bit slow when it got busy.

Came here on a Saturday night and the backyard was the highlight for me. House music was on point, not too loud to talk over. Pizza surprised me - got the margherita and it had that nice charred crust. Only thing, the bouncer at the door was a bit much. Like, chill, I'm just here for a slice and a beer 😅

The skrei with shellfish sauce was really good, but the portion felt a bit small for a main. Left wanting a few more bites, honestly.

The pasta was fresh and the risotto had good balance. Friendly service too, though it got a bit loud later.

Came here on a quiet Tuesday night. Pizza was solid, crust had a good chew, not too burnt. Staff left us alone until we needed them, which I appreciate. Place wasn't packed, so it felt easy to talk. Fine for a casual dinner, nothing fancy. Would probably come back if I'm in the area and don't feel like cooking.

The pasta was fresh and tasted great, but the portion felt a bit small for the price. Still, a decent spot for a casual Italian meal in the city center.

Lovely little wine bar right by the water 🌊 We grabbed outdoor seats and the guy behind the bar helped us pick something we actually liked. Perfect for a chill catch-up with friends.

The tasting menu was a highlight. The pan-fried scallop in brown butter sauce was my favorite. Really showed off the seasonal ingredients well. Just felt the pacing between courses could have been a touch smoother.
