The cocktail list is impressive. You can tell they put thought into it. I had one with their house-made ginger syrup - really balanced, not too sweet. The spirits selection is deep. Just wish the bar wasn&#39;t so crowded, had to wait a bit. Solid drinks though.

The seafood here is so fresh, and the prices are actually pretty decent for Alaska! Most main dishes were around $13-$17. My friends and I shared a bunch of plates and didn&#39;t break the bank.

Toppings are generous here. Got the half-and-half, Cody&#39;s Dogma and BBQ Chicken. Solid quick bite.

The live piano music at Fannie Q&#39;s Saloon was the best part. It gave the whole place this authentic, old-timey Western feel that I loved. Really made the evening.

The maple bacon donut was my favorite! They have a lot of fun toppings to choose from, which made it perfect for sharing with the group. Some of them were a little denser than I like, but still a good spot for a sweet treat with friends.

Loved the quiet, tucked-away feel. You can really sense the town&#39;s history in these old walls. It&#39;s a nice break from the main streets.

Stopped by for the Birria Combo on a quiet afternoon. The tacos are solid, probably the best I&#39;ve had in Anchorage. Staff was really nice too.

Stumbled in for a beer. The bartender had some solid local tips. Good spot to get the real Fairbanks vibe.

Cool little spot with tons of character. The walls are covered in funky stuff, and you can grab a coffee and just hang out for a while.

The matcha latte uses unsweetened powder, which is exactly what I look for. The coffee is solid, too. I tried the pistachio and coffee macarons, both were light and not overly sweet. Just a good, straightforward flavor.

Just tried their shrimp tacos for the first time. The shrimp was perfectly grilled and the salsa bar had so many fresh, homemade choices. Really hit the spot!

The staff were super nice and kept my glass full all night. It felt like a real neighborhood spot, perfect for catching up with friends.
