Before going to Pony, I dragged my friends to eat ramen, so I was not particularly hungry and didn’t want to waste food, so the three dishes I ordered were all appetizers. I chose one appetizer, main dish, and dessert.
- Skate wing: The texture of skate wing is quite mysterious. It is seasonal, and there are roasted pumpkin seeds and kale. Overall, it is a refreshing version.
- Greenlandic shrimp: The sweetness of Greenlandic Arctic shrimp is really something that makes people fall in love with it immediately.
