The black truffles are melted in the soup, and every spoonful is fragrant and addictive. The most surprising thing is that the soup is not the thick texture of the imagined cream soup, but the thinner one, so even if it is mixed with a light milky fragrance, it will not be greasy at all.

I marked this restaurant before going to Nice, but when I made a reservation on the official website, there were no seats left. I had given up, but unexpectedly, I called the restaurant at 4 pm and was lucky to get a one-and-a-half-hour slot for dinner. We dragged our tired bodies out of bed and excitedly walked through the main city of Nice to the restaurant.
Le Plongeoir is located on a huge reef in the Mediterranean Sea, as if it was tailor-made for this restaurant by nature. From the terrace of the restaurant, you can enjoy a 360° magnificent sea view and feel the sea breeze blowing gently on your face. The decoration of the restaurant is full of French coastal style. At night, when the lights illuminate the reef and the sea, Le Plongeoir becomes a beacon on the coast.
The restaurant focuses on Mediterranean and French dishes, but incorporates some innovative and modern elements, mainly using fresh seafood ingredients, including fresh seafood such as lobster, scallops and fish. These seafood are delicious, with excellent seasoning and sauces, which are unforgettable.
