Quick bite turned into a great meal. The staff was genuinely friendly, which made a difference.

The porcini pasta was solid, and I was surprised they had decent veggie plates too. Not just meat.

Lunch here on the slopes was nice, but I'd pick dinner next time. The snowcat ride up was a fun touch. The food is good, fresh local ingredients. The desserts are the highlight, really well done.

The Valdostana soup is the reason I keep coming back. It's a rich, savory broth with a deep, almost meaty flavor from the fontina and bread. The carbonada is good, but that soup is something else. They really know what they're doing with it.

Stopped by after a day out. The pasta was cooked just right, al dente. The sauce had a nice balance, not too heavy. A solid choice for a meal in Gressoney.

We keep coming back. The menu feels fresh, especially the daily specials. The staff is always so kind to our little one, which makes a huge difference for us.

It gets pretty loud when it's packed. But the pizza is solid, really liked the crust on the margherita.

The sandwiches are packed with good stuff. I had the roast beef, the meat was tender and the bread was fresh. The beer list is solid too, had a nice local IPA. Good portion for the price.

A family-run spot, super cozy. The owners are so friendly, you can tell they really care. Had the pasta with local mushrooms, simple but so flavorful. Just a nice, genuine place.

The chateaubriand flambé was the reason I came and it didn’t disappoint. Cooked exactly as asked, and watching them do it tableside is always a bit of theatre. Service stayed sharp without hovering. Only tiny gripe—the sides felt a bit afterthought-ish. But that main course? Solid.

Solid pub right in the middle of Zermatt. Had the Zermatter burger, beef was juicy and toppings fresh. Gets a bit chaotic when full but staff handled it fine.

Came here for a birthday and they handled my peanut allergy really well. Even fixed our reservation mix-up on a busy night. The staff was super attentive. Food was solid too.

The chocolate fondue was pretty good — rich, with fresh fruit on the side. Decent pick if you skip the cheese.

Charming place, no doubt. Owners clearly put effort into the details. Felt exclusive but not stuffy. Solid choice if you're in the area.

The ceviche was solid—one of the better ones I've had. Terrace view of the Matterhorn helps. Service friendly, no complaints.

The flambé filet was a nice touch — cooked tableside, sauce was genuinely good. Service kept up fine. Maybe a touch pricey for what it is, but decent.

Came for a quick dinner, ordered the grilled chicken and a side of fries. Portion was solid for the price, honestly didn't expect that much. Place is basic, nothing fancy, but the food does the job. Staff left me alone, which I appreciate. Would go back if I'm in the area and hungry again.

The pork belly was so good—crispy skin, soft inside, that herby gravy made it. Probably my favorite meal around here tbh. Would come back just for that. 😋

The lamb was cooked properly and the portion felt fair for the price. Nice to see a family-run spot in Martigny doing things right.

Been here a few times now, burgers and the homemade fries are always solid. Can't beat the view of the town while you eat. Still good value.

The cheese fondue was solid—rich, not too heavy. Owner actually came by to check if we needed more bread. Felt like a local spot, not a tourist trap.

The daily menu is honestly a solid deal for what you get. Nothing fancy, but the dining room feels comfortable—simple chairs, decent lighting, not too cramped. I sat there a while and didn't feel rushed. Staff were friendly enough, though not overly chatty. If you're after a relaxed lunch without any fuss, this works. Just don't expect anything stylish.

The staff swapped our hot slate mid-meal without asking. That was a nice touch. Horse meat on the stone was decent, pretty fun to try.

Great spot for catching up with friends over proper Indian food. Owner actually took time to walk us through the menu. Place is tiny though, so definitely book first.

The jambon-fromage crepe was solid—plenty of ham and cheese, actually filling for once. Paid 14 CHF, which felt fair for the size. Might try a sweet one next time, but only if I'm in the area.
