The breakfast buffet next morning for 75 people went off without a hitch. Food was solid&mdash;fresh bread, good cheese, eggs done right. Paul and Niels handled the planning side, quick with replies. Didn&#39;t have to chase anyone. That&#39;s all I really care about. Maybe not the cheapest option around, but the food held up fine for a group that size.
