TheForkUserAn authentic and unforgettable experience at Masseria Spina! We took part in the guided tour with tasting at Masseria Spina – Parco Rurale and we were thrilled. The guide was extremely knowledgeable: he was able to convey all the historical and cultural richness of the place with great professionalism. The tasting was simply impeccable: excellent dishes, carefully prepared and presented in a refined way, accompanied by attentive and friendly service. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is enchanting, surrounded by greenery and full of charm, capable of transporting you to another era. The entire experience exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended for those looking for an authentic immersion in the Apulian tradition, between history, nature and excellent cuisine.

TheForkUserIt's in a busy restaurant, located on a narrow pedestrian street with other restaurants and the famous Portughese Patisseria (sp?) (for dessert) food is tasty, service attentive. Great for watching people & people watching you if you are seated outside. The cooks are located in the back & they are like actors in an intensive drama. Actually I wish I could have see them whip up the dishes as they seem to have everything coordinated like an orchestra.

TheForkUserThe guy serving was very nice and helpful, he also speaks English very well.The food selection is quite limited, the obligatory ones were brought, but if you want a fantastic gastronomic experience, do not choose this restaurant.The octopus was a bit chewy, the shrimp in the salad was delicious and fresh, but had an uncharacteristic taste.The children ate a trio of fried octopus, squid and crab, which was fine.I liked the tiramisu.The prices are a bit excessive.

Impeccable service, with competent and professional staff, but at the same time friendly and welcoming, who knows how to guide you in choosing both food and drinks (wines, beers, etc.) The quality of the food is always high, the meat has a unique melting sensation and the flavors are heavenly!!! 🥰. Last but not least, as they say, the environment is refined and welcoming.
