Her recommendations were fantastic.The restaurant is in what I could best describe as an ancient stone cave but with really high ceilings. This is good. It was huge, bright and effectively divided so as to not to make one feel crammed in. AAA for atmosphere.The food was perfect in every way.

We called to let them know that we were running around 15 minutes late from our reservation time and they said that was okay. They offer a variety of pizzas, as well as seafood, steak, and pasta dishes. Everything was delicious, especially the Nutella tart they brought out at the end of dinner with a candle. The local white wine was excellent too. I have always dreamed of coming to Italy and my dream came true for my 50th birthday. Thank you to Da Gianni Ristorante for being a part of my dream coming true with a wonderful birthday dinner and celebration!

TheForkUserWe picked this restaurant as we wanted to have an Italian fine dining experience whilst on holiday in Vieste. We chose the 6 course chef’s choice taster menu so it was a complete surprise what we got. In fact with the amuse bouche, breads and petit fours it was more like 9 courses. I enjoyed the ceviche however the oysters and raw shellfish was not to my taste. Loved the risotto with mixed shellfish, and the pasta with sea urchin. The service was very good and our waiter spoke good English. It was great value for money and a memorable meal during our stay in Vieste.

The quality of the food was truly excellent, the dishes were well-prepared and presented, the owner was attentive to the customer and the service was impeccable. I was impressed by the first course with the cream of broad beans and prawns and the cooking of the tagliata (between Bleu and blood) which is the perfect cooking in my opinion. Clean dishes, no difficulty for my vegetarian friend who ate quality products and valid alternatives. The price with the promo was really low (about 23 euros per person for 8 people for a complete menu). A luxury considering that nowadays you need at least 25 euros for pizza and beer. Really satisfied.

TheForkUserThe place is on the Main Street and you are experiencing the local life passing by. Amazing food! Sea bass carpaccio is a must try and the tagliolini with scampi is a masterpiece. The server us very good wine by the glass. Value for money is perfect.
