Stumbled upon this place by chance. The open fire and huge Parmigiano wheel caught my eye right away. They make the pasta right there, and it was so fresh. A nice, relaxed vibe with good tunes too.

Lovely view and great food! Not one of those places for tourists, but a true local atmosphere. Wide range of local, home-made food ( pasta, pizza) with gluten free options.

Super friendly staff here. They checked in a few times, just enough to be attentive without being overbearing. Made the whole dinner feel relaxed and easy.

The wine list is really well put together, lots of good local picks. We had a bottle of Brunello with dinner, it went so nicely with the food.

Pici with wild boar ragù was the star. Simple, traditional. Felt like a home-cooked meal. That's it.

Came with a big group and we all did the tasting menu. The fish courses were stunning - so fresh and plated like little artworks. That dessert though... pure indulgence. Our server really knew her wines, picked a bottle that went perfectly with everything.

Stopped in for a quick bite. The pasta was simple, just like I remember from Italy. They handled my dietary request without any fuss. Solid spot.

This restaurant must’ve been the best I’ve ever visited. The ambience was excellent the service top class and the food well can I say to die for. The service went above and beyond as we have two disabled children who were treat with such care. Would highly recommend

Nice little spot with good music and a clean vibe. The gluten-free pizza was tasty, and the staff had solid suggestions.

Beautiful property and very knowledgeable and friendly staff from this area. Our service was amazing and she made the experience great. The food was very flavorful and delicious. Wine from region also paired great with meal.

Friendly staff, clean place. I had a decent lunch here. The pasta was pretty good, though the sauce was a bit too rich for my taste.

The truffle pasta was a nice surprise. Didn't expect that from a pizza place.

A solid, no-frills spot. The home-style cooking was pretty good, felt like a decent Sunday dinner. The pasta was simple but satisfying. Portions are generous, though the place can get a bit loud.

This restaurant is a gem in Castellina! The food is excellent, especially the lasagna and truffle pasta. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing meal.

This restaurant has a beautiful outdoor setting that enhances the dining experience. The friendly staff and prompt service add to the charm, making it a perfect spot for a lovely meal.

Spontaneous dinner for a big group. The outdoor seating was perfect for us.

Friendly staff, no question. They were patient with my kids when we went last week. It’s a good place for a family dinner.

First time here and loved the cozy family vibe. The homemade pasta was the star – so fresh and perfectly al dente. A bit of a wait for the table, but worth it for that authentic touch.

Wonderful place with delicious food and chef in the area. We had one of the tasting Menüs and enjoyed every single bite of it. Excellent wine list. Absolute must do for foodies!

Had a lovely 3 course dinner with the family. Very nice ambience. Attentive staff and good value for money. We will be back to enjoy the outside space in the Summer.

The lasagna here is absolutely delicious, one of the best I've ever had! The atmosphere is also very nice, making it a great dining experience.

Our trip to Cortona started with the most Memorable dinning experience we had all weekend. Organika (Francisco and his team) delivered 10/10 on all aspects. from when we arrived after a delightful sunset stroll down the hill from the town Centre. We were greeted immediately and taken to our outside table and our experience began. some light cocktails and delicious breads and oils followed by 4 excellent dishes with paired wines to match generous servings made it more special as sometimes wine pairing can leave you wanting a few sips more. the ambience was just what we expected, a large table next to us seemed to be having an equally amazing evening, We overheard one lady say that it was the best meal of her life and how could Tuscany do better. at the end of the evening Francisco came to ask our feedback and we couldn't praise his dedication and teams efforts throughout the evening any more .Well done I cant wait for my next trip to Cortona and to dine again in Organika.

Food was excellent. We are so thankful. Our server did a great job in translation and we appreciated the effort she put in to understand exactly what we want.

The breakfast and lunch prices are really fair. I just love the vibe here, especially the cozy corner table by the window. Mr. Fabio, the owner, is super nice and always says hello. It’s a great spot to relax.

An excellent restaurant with excellent food and prices
