The shrimp fry was really filling, and the peppery kick was nice. I was seated right away even on a holiday, which was a relief.

The freshly cooked rice here is a must-try. It’s served in a small wooden tub and has a lovely texture. Just a heads-up, they only make it at certain times and it can run out. I was glad I ordered it right away with my meal.

Sakura Mochitto donut was a nice surprise. The soybean flour on top was really good. Always fun to try their limited stuff.

I tried their limited-time Sauternes wine flavor, it had a really nice strong note. But honestly, the classic plain one is still my favorite. Just a simple, solid choice.

This restaurant is perfect for celebrations, as I witnessed a surprise birthday event during my visit. The staff were attentive and created a joyful atmosphere, making it a great spot for special occasions.

Been coming here for years, and the French toast is always just right. Fluffy bread, good amount of whipped cream.

Been coming here for years, and the clam miso soup with the set is the reason. That broth is always so deep and clear. It just works with the tempura rice. Never had a bad bowl.

The owners have a nice rhythm together, which makes the service feel smooth and unhurried.

Solid Komeda coffee as always. Prices here felt a bit more reasonable than the ones I've seen in the city branches. Just a cozy, quiet spot for a morning cup.

This sushi restaurant is a hidden gem in Nagoya! The chef is friendly and takes the time to explain each dish, enhancing the overall dining experience. Perfect for both locals and visitors!

The curry udon was so good and had a nice kick to it! The paper apron they give you is a lifesaver for messy eaters like me and my friends. We could actually enjoy the meal without worrying about our clothes. A smart touch for a casual hangout.

Loved the patio! All the greenery makes it feel like a little secret garden. They even had blankets and heaters out since it was a bit chilly. Such a cozy spot for a coffee.

The anpan is small, but the bean paste inside is generous and not overly sweet. I really appreciate that. The cream cornet was light and fluffy. A good spot for a simple, fresh breakfast. The selection does get smaller later in the day, so morning is best.

The beef rice set with a raw egg mixed in was surprisingly good. The self-service ticket machine is easy to use.

Been coming here for years, and their A5 Wagyu kalbi is the reason. That signature sauce, the way it coats the perfectly tender skirt steak... just hits the spot every single time. Always order it with a bowl of rice.

The tuna tomato omelet rice set was a solid choice. Came with soup and salad, which made it feel like a proper meal for the price. Eggs stayed fluffy, which was nice. Good portion too.

This place is a must-visit for anyone looking for a stylish cafe in Kameyama. The vegetable dishes are not only fresh but also creatively prepared, making each bite a joy.

Lunch course was a nice surprise. The chicken confit skin was perfectly crispy. Good deal with dessert included.

Nice lively spot, good for hanging out with friends. It was pretty full even on a weekday, so you might want to book ahead.

The matcha chocolate cake was a treat. The piano downstairs adds a nice touch.

Been here a few times after museum trips. The view is nice, atmosphere is relaxed. Good for a simple meal, nothing fancy.
