The staff was so kind and attentive, even during the weekend rush. They checked on us without being intrusive. A genuinely warm service that made the meal feel relaxed.

Found it near Osu-Kannon. The welcome was so warm, it just felt right. Food's good and doesn't cost much. A nice little spot.

Found this place by accident. Quiet spot, not too crowded. Had the lunch set, pasta was solid. Good for a slow meal.

Love the thick, fresh cuts in their bluefin tuna bowl. The anago side was a nice change from unagi too!

A non-conveyor belt spot with decent prices. The tables are actually pretty spacious, which is nice.

The owner personally translated the menu for me, pointing out the daily specials. That was helpful. The staff also saw me off at the door, which was a nice gesture.

Ordered through the tablet, super quick. Staff checked on us once, which was fine. Portions are decent for the price. Got the chicken katsu curry, very filling. Good for a quick lunch.

The soup was light, but the burnt onions and Kujo leeks gave it a really nice savory depth. I liked how the flavor changed with each spoonful. The space itself is quiet and calming, which made the whole meal feel more relaxed.

The seaweed cream spaghetti was really good. Pasta had that nice chewy bite, and the sauce was rich.

The eel sauce here isn't too sweet, which I liked. Could really taste the eel itself. Good stuff.

The lunch set is a steal. Love that the salad bar is included, makes it feel like a proper meal. Just wish the greens were a bit fresher sometimes.

Been coming here for years. The black curry is always so comforting. You can really taste the freshness in the vegetables and the tender meat. It's a simple, wholesome meal that feels good.

The burger was so good! Juicy patty, perfect bun. A bit far from Nagoya station, but my friends and I had a great time catching up over them. Worth the trip for a casual hangout.

The seasonal nigiri here is good, not like the cheap conveyor belt stuff. A bit pricier than 100-yen sushi, but you get what you pay for.

Cozy family-run place. The menu changes a bit depending on the time you go, which is nice.

Nice quiet spot after visiting Inuyama Castle. Had the pasta lunch set. Portion was good, not too heavy. The classical music was a nice touch, made for a relaxed meal. Service was efficient.

Tried the beef hitsumabushi set for lunch. The meat was thick and tender, and that special sauce really worked with the rice. Good portion for the price.

Tried their Orihime blend hand-drip. The half-price refill is a nice touch for a slow afternoon. Staff was friendly, even during the rush. Paired it with a simple pastry, and the coffee's bright notes really stood out. A solid spot for a proper cup.

Booked ahead for dinner and avoided the wait. Good call given how busy it gets.

Mont Blanc cakes are a must. Tried both chestnut and strawberry, each one beautifully presented. Had mine with coffee, perfect for a quiet afternoon.

Stopped in after visiting the temple nearby. Got the breakfast set with a drink. The toast was really crispy, just how I like it. Simple and hit the spot.
