Tried their motsunabe for the first time. The broth is so rich and buttery, with a nice garlic kick that doesn't overpower. Loved that it wasn't boiling hot, so you can dig in immediately. The set had plenty of veggies and offal too.

Solid coffee here. The Gâteau au Chocolat looked really nice and tasted great too. Just stopped by for a quick coffee and cake, and it hit the spot. A good little place for that.

Booked the upstairs tatami room for a quiet dinner. Felt like stepping back in time. Food was decent, nothing fancy but solid. Good spot if you want that old-school vibe without the crowds.

I highly recommend the lunch menu at BAKURO. The prices are reasonable for the quality of meat you receive, and the variety offered is impressive.

The deluxe burger was massive, packed with toppings. Really enjoyed the flavor combo, but it’s a two-hander for sure—got a bit messy halfway through. Still hit the spot.

They had different soy sauces for each dish. Thoughtful touch. Service was responsive, didn't have to wait long for anything. Good for a quick business lunch near the station.

Staff were friendly and explained the menu and the building's history, which was nice. I did have to wait a bit for my main course, but the food was solid when it arrived.

The English menu was a lifesaver for me. Staff were really patient explaining the dishes, made ordering so much easier. For a tourist spot, that kind of effort is appreciated. Prices were okay for the area.

Nice homemade udon near Kushida Shrine. The noodles are thinner with wheat germ, different from usual. Zubora curry udon was good.

The tonkotsu broth here is lighter than usual, which I liked. It's still got flavor, but I finished the whole bowl easily. The chili paste they give you on the side adds a good kick.

The food was delicious and beautifully presented, making it a perfect choice for special occasions.

Great spot to catch up with friends! Loved the eggs benedict and my latte was perfect. The vibe is so chill, and they even let you bring your dog. 😊 The desserts looked incredible, but I was too full to try one.

Been coming here for years. Love the abura soba, and being able to customize the noodle firmness. Perfect for a quick, filling lunch.

This restaurant is ideal for entertaining important guests, as it combines a lovely atmosphere with delicious food and a breathtaking view of the city.

First time trying their shrimp avocado burger. The basil flavor really stood out, kind of refreshing for a burger. The set meal was a bit on the expensive side, though.

Came by for a quick lunch. The crispy pork was the highlight—super crunchy skin, tender inside. Service was fast and friendly. A solid spot.

Came with friends and sat at the counter. Watching them fry the tempura fresh for each order was so fun! The batter was super light and crispy, not heavy at all. Perfect for sharing and chatting.

Stopped by for lunch after a morning walk. The owner was so friendly, she recommended the daily special pasta. It was really good, just a simple tomato sauce but tasted fresh. A nice little find.

Mentaiko pasta here is a winner. They didn’t skimp on the mentaiko or the octopus, which is nice to see. My partner’s steak was cooked just right, too. Solid spot for a reliable meal.

The digital ordering screen is super handy. My friend and I could both browse and pick our sushi at the same time. Then it just zooms down the little conveyor lane straight to you. So efficient!

Love the old-school vibe here, feels like stepping back in time. The wooden booths and vintage posters are so cool. A real neighborhood spot, not some generic chain.

Great spot for a quick catch-up! Grabbed the morning set (coffee + toast) with a friend before heading out. Staff were super nice, and we snagged one of the single-seater tables by the window. Perfect for people-watching over a casual chat.

The all-you-can-eat yakiniku here is my go-to in Tenjin. I appreciate the variety of cuts offered. The quality of the meat is consistent, and I always notice the freshness of the vegetables on the side. It's a solid choice for a satisfying meal.
