The mushroom and fried avocado tacos were really good. The salsa verde they serve with them is great. I've never seen those options anywhere else. Horchata was a nice pairing.

The lunch special is a solid deal at $11. My plate came with beans and rice, and a surprisingly decent house red that paired well. A good find for a casual midday bite.

Service was a bit hit or miss, but the vibe and the drinks were on point. Came for a friend's birthday, and the food was solid. Just don't expect super attentive staff the whole time.

The guacamole was a little bland, but I really liked the patio seating on South Lamar. It's a nice, quiet spot to enjoy a veggie burger.

Cool spot with all the movie stuff on the walls. Grabbed a beer before the show, and the vibe made it feel like part of the night out, not just a prelude. The pale ale was a solid choice.

Been coming here for years, and the shaded picnic tables are still my favorite thing. Perfect spot to unwind with a beer after work. The food trucks rotate, but that relaxed vibe never changes.

Parking was a bit of a hunt on a Saturday night, but the line moved fast. I snagged a table outside, which was lovely until the sun really hit. Maybe better for an evening visit.

The Orecchiette was lovely. The pasta itself was cooked just right, and I really appreciated how fresh the ingredients in the sauce tasted. It felt like a lighter, wholesome choice alongside the pizza.

Service was super friendly and attentive. Our food came out fast, which was great because we were starving. The server gave us some solid recommendations from their huge menu - really helped us narrow it down!

Line was long but moved quick. You just pick your drink, sides, then meat by the pound. Their sweet and tangy BBQ sauce is the real deal with the brisket.

The counter seat is the move here. You get the full old-school diner energy—the sizzle from the grill, the friendly banter with the staff. It’s loud and packed, but that’s part of the vibe. Felt like stepping back in time for a minute.

The complimentary popcorn and cornbread with honey butter were a nice touch. The cornbread was warm and the honey butter was a good match. It's a pleasant way to start the meal.

The food here tastes clean and fresh. You can tell they use good ingredients without a lot of extra fuss. I left feeling satisfied, not heavy. It's a nice change of pace.

Alfredo was so spot on with his suggestions. The bruschetta he recommended was just right. And that pasta special with black truffle? I'm still thinking about it.

The roasted cabbage was a standout, perfectly charred and smoky. Lamb pops were tender, cooked just right. Love that the menu rotates, keeps me coming back to see what's new.

I've been ordering their weekly meal kits for a while now. Always pick a new dish to try, and haven't had a miss yet. The ingredients feel really fresh. Yeah, it's a bit pricey, but on those crazy work-from-home days, it's a total lifesaver.

The Spaghetti Western martini was the highlight. It's herbal and savory, not sweet at all. A really unique flavor profile. The balance was spot on.

The barbacoa tacos were so fresh. You could really taste the quality of the ingredients, especially the slow-cooked meat and the crisp veggies on top. Just a perfect, simple lunch for me.

The patio is so Austin with all the twinkly lights and plants.

The egg and bean taco with avocado sauce was pretty good, and the tortilla soup was decent. It's solid, homestyle cooking and the prices are fair. Felt like a nice, simple lunch.

The sausage & cheese kolache was tasty and a steal at $2. Perfect for a quick bite before an early flight.

That chocolate cake was something else. Rich and fudgy, but not heavy at all. Honestly, might be the best slice I've found in Austin so far.

Santa Rita Pescado was a solid choice. The grilled Gulf drum was cooked well, and the portion was satisfying for the price.

The fish and shrimp were cooked just right, really flavorful. Portions were good for the price you pay at a seafood spot. Solid meal, no complaints.

I'm not vegan, but I had to try their breakfast tacos. Honestly, they taste just like the real deal. The flavors were spot on and actually really satisfying. I'd get them again.

Love the local vibe here. It's the kind of spot where you can just grab a coffee and watch the neighborhood go by. Saw a few regulars chatting at the bar, seemed really friendly. A nice, relaxed place to unwind.

The grilled lamb was cooked just right, and the hummus was creamy. What really stood out was their wine list - found a nice red that paired beautifully with the smoky flavors. The place has a warm, upscale vibe, good for a relaxed dinner.
