Loved the outdoor seating here, and the little play area for kids is a nice touch. The whole complex has a really relaxed vibe. We just grabbed a coffee and a pastry, but it felt like a proper little escape.

Love the vibe in this old railway building. It’s got that rustic feel but still modern. Really spacious, tables aren’t on top of each other. Makes for a relaxed lunch.

The beer garden out back is a real treat. Plenty of space to relax, and a good range of beers on tap. Tuesday's 2-for-1 toasties are a nice touch, makes for a very easy, comfortable evening.

Great service, inquired if honey was used in salad dressing as I am allergic to it , they prepare my meal using separate tongs. The meal was excellent.

Really appreciated how the staff handled my dietary request - no fuss at all. The complimentary brekkie was a nice surprise, had a good spread. Made for a relaxed start to the day.

The staff were lovely and very attentive. The guy who helped us lodge the full table order and pay for was great! The food was delicious and it appeared that all 16 people on our table enjoyed the entrees and mains provided. The only thing I would have changed was the seating arrangements. We had a table of 16 and right next to us was another large table with 15-20 people so the noise level was a little excessive. Other than that, a great time was had by all.

This restaurant is a must, whenever in the vicinity the service is exceptional and the food is spectacular I have never been disappointed

Beef and Guinness pie was very tasty, but needed reheating to enjoy. Fixed up very quick and happy. Staff exceptionally pleasant.

We have a great Time even if in a short time staff was friendly and helpful they very patient waiting until we finished eating 😘

Pizzas were fresh, big portioned fish and chips, friendly waitstaff, live entertainment, face painting for kids. It's 1 of my favourite pubs to visit with the family.

Had my birthday here. The team was super helpful with my decorations, and they even made a custom cocktail menu for us. Everyone had a good time.

Great to find solid gluten-free and vegan choices. Staff were helpful. The small-batch cider stood out—dry and smooth, a real highlight.

Classic pub vibe, love the character. The bottle shop is a real plus - picked up a couple of affordable reds to take home. Prices there are much better than my local.

Staff were really friendly and checked in after our mains came out. It's a small thing, but that kind of attention makes a difference. They were on it all night without hovering.

We were very surprised at the quality of the food and the price. We would definately come back again. Thank you for the great service and good food.

Amazing staff, they are very attentive and the food was great too. All our steaks were cooked right. Thanks to Bayswater hotel management team and to all staff for an amazing time. we really enjoyed it.

8 of us dined on Sat night (4 Nov). Service was great, especially from Erika who was patient with my wine choosing. Meals were lovely. We ordered the prawn pizza (was a little soggy but tasty), Chicken supreme special which was delicious, calamari and the chicken parma were really good. The gnocchi was really good. The kids had cheeseburgers and chips and were happy. Generous pours of wine too. Great evening.

The Korean fried cauliflower was perfectly crispy. The sweet and sour pork ribs were also incredibly tender.

Sunshine behind the bar was a gem. Super efficient, but also had this genuinely warm vibe that just made the whole place feel more relaxed. She definitely added something special to the night.

Vegan menu is creative and well executed. The plant-based dishes had good flavour, presentation was neat. A solid option if you're dining with non-meat eaters.

First time trying the $15 parmi here during happy hour. Solid pub feed for the price, especially being right on Salamanca. The schnitzel was huge and the chips were decent. Good spot for a casual bite.

The hostess was so sweet, really took her time to talk us through the menu. Her cocktail suggestion was spot on for what I felt like having. Just a really nice, personal touch that made the night.

Quick bite before the Opera House. Good spot, close to Circular Quay. Food was fine for the price.

Good food good price good vibe, whats NOT to love, regular customers. As locals a type of rewards system woukd be nice even a free glass wine every now and again would be welcome.????

The EMBR night experience at Wayward is a must-try! Each course was beautifully presented and delicious, complemented by excellent service and a fantastic ambiance that made the evening unforgettable.

The staff here are genuinely lovely. They remember your name and what you're drinking, which makes it feel like your local. Just a nice, easy vibe for a quiet afternoon.

Food was lovely & the lady who served us was really helpful & friendly. We had a lovely lunch in a nice wee Bar
