梦随意动We came to Cairns from the Gold Coast in the morning. After getting off the plane, we first went to the Botanical Gardens for a tour, and then came to the city center to stroll around. It is not big, with only three main streets, and there are restaurants of different flavors on both sides of each street. While walking, we saw this restaurant specializing in Vietnamese Pho, and we all chose to have lunch here. The ordering card provided by the restaurant was very carefully displayed in English and Chinese, which was convenient for those of us who don't understand English. My husband and I chose a bowl of raw beef, tendon and brisket Pho, rice paper rolls, and fried rice. My friend chose a bowl of Hue spicy Pho. The beef and tendon Pho had an average texture, but the taste was okay. The rice paper rolls were okay, but the roll skin was very chewy and delicious. What deserves praise is the fried rice, which has ingredients such as barbecued pork, bean sprouts, corn kernels, green beans, and eggs. Except that the taste was a little salty, the taste was quite good.

Our travel agency recommended us to eat here, the price is reasonable. We ordered raw beef rice noodles and seafood noodle soup. I personally prefer seafood noodle soup, which has more ingredients and is very fresh and sweet. The beef rice noodle soup is a bit sweet, I personally don't like it very much, but my husband thinks it's good!
This restaurant is close to the night market, and the raw beef noodles taste very good. Although it costs $12.9, I am very satisfied to be able to eat noodles here.
