The French Lettuce

This is a very small French dessert shop. The cranberry cake is delicious, and the chocolate brownie is also first-rate. It is really hard to find this shop if you are not passing by. It is very unique.

A very low-key French dessert shop, located in the northern part of Melbourne where few tourists visit. I walked there on purpose. It is a small shop that you would not notice if you don't look carefully. They make authentic traditional French desserts, without fancy appearance, but with good taste. I ordered a simple cheesecake, which is not as sweet as American ones, slightly salty, and refreshing. Strawberries are in the right season, so they are very sweet. The price is shockingly cheap, only 5.5 Australian dollars, cheaper than a cheesecake in China!
