we were seated and given the menu as soon as we arrived. The floor staff were quite attentive and friendly.  They made us feel welcome and comfortable.Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. The food were nicely presented and tasty.  Will recommend it to family and friends. Will be back again soon.

Delicious and good value food. Open kitchen design is good but otherwise dining room is quite basic with little, attempt at atmosphere. Service was good but think cafeteria type cutlery, crockery, glassware etc. All perfectly functional and given the great food (lamb rack and Bloody Mary prawn linguine) we&#39;ll be back to explore the menu further.

The staff, the service and the atmosphere were great.The main I wanted wasn&#39;t available, as were 2 others I would have preferred. The meal I settled on was the pork belly with vegetables and mash.The mash was dry and the pork was overmarinated to the point where it didn&#39;t taste like pork at all.Very disappointed.

Not a bad little place to go to. Local to a lot of the hotels. the apple crumble was divine until..... who puts sultanas in it :-) was still good anyway.

Lamb kofta was lumpy and fatty, barramundi was undercooked (despite asking for it to well done), and salad had little pumpkin.  Had to remind staff to bring out our tonic water. Not a pleasant dining experience ????.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Darwin evening at Char. Being outside among the trees with lights was gorgeous. Our young waiter was very helpful and efficient. The food was delicious and portions were very generous. My only quibble was the bacon in the sauce of a fish dish - a weird combination.

📍Vibe Hotel Darwin Waterfront: In the waterfront area, there are many restaurants and bars around, and it is convenient to travel. The hotel also has an awesome swimming pool.

🦞Hanuman: Mainly Indian and Southeast Asian flavors, the seafood curry is superb, the spices are rich, and the seafood is fresh and tender.
🥩Chilli Darwin: A fusion of Asian and Australian flavors, charcoal grilled steak is a must, the meat is juicy, and the side dishes are also very distinctive.

🌅Attractions to visit

Darwin Harbor: A landmark attraction in the city. You can stroll during the day and enjoy the coming and going of ships in the harbor. At night, the lights are on, which is super romantic. You can also go to nearby restaurants to enjoy delicious food.
Kakadu National Park: A few hours drive from Darwin, a world natural heritage site with spectacular canyons, waterfalls, and abundant wildlife. You can take a day trip and follow the guide to see crocodiles and appreciate Aboriginal rock paintings.
Mindil Beach Sunset Market: Open every Thursday and Sunday, with a beautiful sunset sea view on one side and a lively market on the other, with a variety of special snacks and handicrafts.

Decent pizza, lots of toppings and menu options to choose from in the middle of Mitchell street. Gluten free base was one of the better ones I&rsquo;ve had in Darwin

The hotel we stayed in provided breakfast, but we didn&#39;t eat it in the hotel, but at a breakfast shop called SALVATORES next to the hotel. There were three sets of packages to choose from: a staple breakfast, a cup of hot drink and a bottled cold drink.
The taste was good. The clerk was very nice and enthusiastic. He liked to chat with customers.

Set 1: two fried eggs, two slices of bread, two slices of bacon, hot drinks can be coffee or milk tea, cold drinks are orange juice and mixed juice

Set 2: egg pancake + bread slices (I don&#39;t know what it&#39;s called), wrapped with various mushroom fillings. The taste is also good.

Set 3: Crepes??? Forgot to take pictures

We stayed at the city hotel for four days and three nights. An ordinary standard room costs only about 600 yuan a night. The hotel has Chinese waiters. Although the room is not big, it is relatively clean. It is only a 15-minute drive from the airport, and the crocodile park is next to the hotel. There are supermarkets, bars, drugstores, etc. around.

Leave a 2 Australian dollar tip every day, and the waiter will help clean the room every day.

Beautiful food. Traditional, takes me back to Japan. Service was polite, friendly and prompt. Wide menu and everything we ordered was prepared perfectly. Thank you, will be back soon.
