I liked the new and very nice setting with good staff interaction. Prices were very competitive and meals were excellent and delivered within a good time.

This is the 2nd time I have been here and I am really impressed by the service and the food is well presented and good value. This was a joint birthday lunch for us group of  Seniors and we all enjoyed our meal. We will be back!It would be great if there was a play area for children, my family are looking for a venue that accommodates children.

We love coming back to the Sun. Meals, service, atmosphere is so appreciated. No problem when it comes to accommodate our daughter who has celiac disease.   Please keep up the good work. Hats off to the staff.

Great experience, food was lovely and fairly quick considering we had a table of 19 people .  Recommend it to anyone. Service was friendly too. Will be going back for sure.

I had the lamb shank which was lovely and at a great price. In fact all the meals were priced well. Everyone on our table demolished there plates of food , so I&rsquo;d say they were happy too.

I really enjoyed my time in Townsville.

The Strand is definitely one of my favorite seaside promenades in Australia. On this 2.2-kilometer stretch, there are bike paths and walkways, safe swimming beaches, picturesque picnic spots, a pier, man-made waterfalls, playgrounds, fitness stations, a water park, and restaurants and bars with stunning water views.

✈️ Transportation Tips】How to get there?
Townsville is the &quot;Sunshine City&quot; in northern Queensland. You can fly directly to Brisbane (about 2 hours) or drive from Cairns (about 6 hours). It is recommended to choose the SeaLink ferry to Magnetic Island, which takes 25 minutes to get there directly, and you can also enjoy the turquoise waters of the Great Barrier Reef along the way.

The world&#39;s largest living coral reef eco-museum! Get up close to see clownfish and turtles, and there is an interactive feeding show. It is a must-visit for family trips. 
3️⃣ One-day tour to Magnetic Island
75% of the island is a national park! Rent a four-wheel drive and rush to West Point, where you can encounter wild koalas and kangaroos! Snorkeling in Alma Bay, the water is so clear that the visibility is more than 20 meters, and the underwater coral garden is so beautiful. 
4️⃣ Jezzine Military Museum
A must-visit for World War II fans! The open-air exhibition area displays tanks and fighter planes, and you can also learn about the military history of northern Australia. It is niche but super shocking.

Cuisine On Bowen: Australian Brunch with many good reviews! Recommended Alligator Burger, tastes like tender beef, served with tropical fruit salad, &yen;145 per person. 
The Strand Seaside Restaurant: The first choice for sunset dinner! Oysters with Chardonnay, the sea breeze is super healing~ There is also a snack market around, mango smoothie must try. 
Palmer St Food Street: 21 Palmer St gathers Thai and Italian food, and strongly recommends IMC Steak House&#39;s Angus steak, which is so tender and juicy. 

🏨 Recommended accommodation with high cost performance + Internet celebrity swimming pool! 
City Stadium River View Apartment: &yen;300 per person/night, the top floor swimming pool faces the Ross River, and the kitchen facilities are complete, suitable for families.
