Service was fantastic from the greeting from Sergio to Madeline&#39;s excellent attentive service on the mezzanine floor. Food was also excellent, it was our first time here but will definitely be back.

The Republic is a delight from the moment you walk in until you leave totally satisfied with your meal. Only downside is an overpriced wine list, which encourages moderation, probably not a bad thing. But really, when bottle prices start at $70 and quickly escalate from there?

I just found out that this restaurant has been open for ten years. It is right by the sea and a little romantic. It specializes in Australian seafood.

The first meal I ordered in Australia was at the seaside restaurant of the Sydney Opera House. Because I had the experience of not being able to speak or understand when ordering at the airport before, I asked for the menu when I arrived at the restaurant. I was still confused when I got the menu and couldn&#39;t understand it at all. This is the biggest feeling of this trip abroad. I feel that the English I learned in China is completely useless.
I haven&#39;t eaten rice for several days. I found a set meal on the menu that includes rice, so I ordered this. It costs 32 dollars. In fact, it is rice, chicken, eggplant and potatoes mixed with some salad dressing (see Figure 6). [Grin] I don&#39;t know how to describe the feeling of eating this meal at that time. For the sake of money, I swallowed it all.
After arriving in Perth, my friend took me to eat the lobster dinner. It was both pleasing to the eye and delicious. The lobster was a whole and very delicious. The oysters were so fresh that they tasted like jelly. It cost more than 100 dollars for two people. Figures 3 and 4 are the breakfasts of locals. It is acceptable to eat it occasionally. Figure 5 is a lobster group meal when traveling with a local travel agency. It is much better than the group meals in China. [Grin]
