This dish is really yyds. The soup is great. After eating the shrimp, I also used this soup with baguette and salmon.
🍣Salmon Tartare:
I ate too much Beef Tartare. I didn’t consider ordering this dish, but I tried it after the boss strongly recommended it. It’s worth it!
🍣Tasmanian Salmon:
The main course is also salmon. The taste is average, not bad
🤷Originally, I had to order snails when I ate at a French bistro, but unfortunately they said that snail production is insufficient after covid, so I can’t eat it now
