PIÑA

This is a creative dish that combines Australian ingredients with Chinese cooking techniques. Cricket/worm fried rice, I have never dared to eat worms in China. It really makes me want to dance. The duck is soft-crispy-soft when you bite it. The sauce is made with raspberries and plums that are unique to Australia. It has a lot of spices but no peculiar smell.

This western restaurant is located near the Sydney Opera House. If it is not raining, I personally recommend sitting outdoors because you can see the view of the Sydney Opera House from the restaurant, which is quite nice!

After watching the brand exhibition, I went downstairs to eat a hot dog and ice cream! 🌭️🍦 Sydney people are very familiar with this hot dog shop. In 1945, they were already quietly selling delicious hot dogs and meat pies to the navy docked at the beach. ⚓️🚢 There are many branches in Sydney now, but this one is my favorite.

I went there alone and ordered the lobster pasta which was said to be for two people. The waiter also recommended a small portion of crab meat pasta. The noodles were chewy, the crab meat was sweet and fresh, and the taste was good. For dessert, I chose a refreshing almond mousse which was sweet and sour.

🍴 Can I say I was fooled again? What kind of restaurant would Italians go to? I don&#39;t believe Italians would come here to eat pasta. 😂🍝 Maybe I had too high expectations, no dish was particularly delicious. Some were too salty, some were too bland. 🤷&zwj;♀️ If you happen to pass by, it&#39;s still very happy to eat. If you make a reservation like me and go there with full expectations, then there&#39;s no need... ​
