Beautiful, upmarket Thai restaurant. Gorgeous food,  beautful modern ambience and 5-star attentive service. Not at all your average Thai restaurant (modern and western atmosphere but no BYO and a bit more pricey). Great for an occasion as opposed to a weekly lazy dinner!

First time eating at Blossom Thai after reading its reviews. Wow! Great vibe, great customer service and the food&hellip;WOW. So delicious!! I would not hesitate recommending Blossom Thai. Will definitely be back!

Blossom Thai is a restaurant we really like to go to. The food is excellent, the staff are very attentive and although the tables are very close together, the atmosphere is fine.  We look forward to our next meal at the restaurant.

A small cosy place with excellent food options, unlike your regular Thai restaurants. One of the dishes to die for was the Grilled Salmon with mild red curry paste (Entree). Overall the service was excellent and pretty quick.

Blossom Thai

This cafe has quickly become my favorite brunch destination! The menu caters to everyone, and the atmosphere is inviting. I highly recommend trying the salmon linguine and their unique espresso margarita.

We ordered salmon, meat plate, roasted brussel sprouts, cauliflower, and fried rice. Every bite was delicious and cooked delicately to maximize flavor. Each dish was described with ingredients. The manager Dylan personalized our visit. We couldn&#39;t have asked for more. Great food, great service, stylish venue. Highly recommend!

I came all the way from the city to check in. There weren&#39;t many people at noon on Saturday, so I only tried stir-fried dishes this time.

🐂Boiled beef
After taking pictures, I asked my friend in confusion: Is there any white beef left? I called the waiter and asked...it was boiled fish [smile] and then boiled beef was served again. The beef was super tender, but it was a little oily at the end.

🍚Sichuan fried rice
It contained shredded pork, egg, green onion, etc., and the ingredients were quite sufficient. It&#39;s not very distinct, but it&#39;s delicious.

🎎Fuqi Feipian
I saw on the DP that the portion was small, and it was really small after it came...there were quite a lot of chili seeds in it, and the taste was not very good, but the taste was good.

🥬Dry-fried green beans
The minced meat in this dish is really delicious, I kept picking the minced meat hahaha

Melbourne&#39;s famous Wagyu House 📍
The meat is super good. It&#39;s soft and melts in your mouth no matter what you order! It&#39;s super delicious. The foie gras rice is also highly recommended. It&#39;s really fragrant with matsutake mushrooms! Friends in Melbourne or friends who will come to visit in the future must try this store

The weather in Melbourne is so good today that I might regret not going out for a whole month. I finally went to this restaurant and had the soft shell crab burger I had been thinking about. It verified what was said online that there was a whole crab in it. The meat was chewy, and the only drawback was that the crab was fried a little salty. If you feel greasy, you can share one with two people. The Ocean trout salmon is very tender, and it is baked medium rare but has no fishy smell. It is completely fine for four people to share the hotcake, which tastes similar to muffins. The latte is delicious, and the latte art is also very attentive.
