During my vacation on the Gold Coast, I had dinner at this Japanese restaurant called Xiong (雄) in Chinese. I mainly ordered sashimi, and the ingredients were very fresh and tasted great. The sukiyaki broth was perfectly seasoned, and the beef was quite tender. The Wagyu beef was naturally very tender after being seared. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the meal and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Gold Coast.
