TheForkUserGreat team to service, but not tasteful food
TheForkUserFood is good, nothing majestic but in line with the average. The real perl pf the place is the fado and the atmosphere, which is really worth.Reservation is needed.Place to be visit, for a dinner and a good evening of fado experience.
TheForkUserVery nice place- we were placed first right next to the door (it was very loud and cold) - but the server helped us with that issue. He was very nice!
TheForkUserIt was such a fun experience, the service was great- our waitress really went out of her way to help us choose a wine. The food was great and zi though the prices were very reasonable
TheForkUserOkra offers a unique dining experience with its creative menu and excellent service. The staff is friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. A highlight of the menu is the Do Mar Pizza, featuring fresh seafood ingredients that make it a must-try for seafood lovers. The balance of flavors and the quality of the ingredients truly set it apart. If you’re looking for exceptional service combined with uncommon pizza options, Okra is definitely worth a visit
TheForkUserReally enjoyed everything about the restaurant. Would highly recommend. Food wonderful, service excellent and very good value for money. Will be going there again.
_TI***0xThis restaurant is a hidden gem located inside the Palácio da Bolsa, offering a unique dining experience with a beautiful atmosphere. The food is delicious and well-prepared, making it a perfect spot for a special occasion.
TheForkUserBest meal during our stay in Porto! The restaurant stands back from the main road in a little courtyard. Salmon Tartare, Cod & Sea Bass all beautifully presented and delicious. Desserts of chocolate tart & pistachio tart were perfect. Very friendly helpful staff.
TheForkUserThis was the best food we ate whilst in Porto and all whilst watching an amazing Fado show! The music is tastefully put in-between courses where possible and is of very high standard. Be warned that you get huge amounts of food. You could quite easily have the Seafood tasting menu for two and share it between four as each dish is full sized, not a tasting amount. Overall a very tasty and fun experience!
TheForkUserMet our expectations perfectly. A versatile menu presenting best pieces of local delicacies. Maybe one slight negative thing on service, the 14 course menu was brought to table a bit too fast, slight pauses every now and then would be appreciated.
TheForkUserWe were recommended to this restaurant by a family friend and Porto resident. We were not disappointed. Friendly service, very good food. A bit noisy from street musicians, but comfortable with the heater next to the table. We will return if we have the opportunity.
_TI***o3The service was attentive and the staff provided great recommendations, enhancing the overall dining experience.
TheForkUserthe best meal yet in Porto, cheese fondue rich and delicious, scallops fresh and sweet, octopus cooked perfectly as was the steak. staff warm and welcoming. Prices very reasonable.
_TI***h1I highly recommend this restaurant for its delicious food and homey atmosphere. The prices are fair, making it a great value for the quality.
_TI***13The restaurant offers a delightful buffet during lunch with a wide variety of dishes at a reasonable price, making it a great value for money.
TheForkUserI love the atmosphere at Terra. The lights, the music… It’s one of the best lounges ;) And the food is just delicious. And I really appreciate the waitress who has the courage to change my wine choice… And she was so right! ;) I am enjoying this place over and over…
TheForkUserWe took the port cellar tour and tasting followed by the meal . Brilliant service and food . Steak Tartare , suckling pig and apple tart and obviously great wine and port . Service was superb and the views are great .
TheForkUserWe sat outside - beautiful view. When the weather is good, there is nothing better. Food was delicious with super large portions! Bring an appetite!!!
_TI***4bThe service at this restaurant is exceptional, with attentive staff who ensure a pleasant dining experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a special occasion or a casual meal.
TheForkUserOne of the best restaurant in Porto, better check the day for meal, to see if your preferable dish will be offered on the menu
TheForkUsernice food, but didn't get full order and still wanted to charge us for food we didn't get. however, they were open about charging for bread before we had a bite, that was super nice!
_TI***p8I highly recommend trying the octopus rice; it was incredibly tender and flavorful. The homemade desserts, especially the orange cake, were a delightful finish to the meal.
TheForkUserThis was an utterly charming restaurant. It had been on our list for weeks, and we finally stopped by for dinner last night. To begin, the restaurant itself is worth a visit. Between the bare stone walls, wood beamed ceiling and minimalist art on walls, the atmosphere is very inviting.Service was really good. With only 2 staff members serving, the staff was very busy popping between tables, but we never felt like we were ignored. We shared 5 plates-the steak was great, but the salada de agrião and the tortilha were the good surprise for the evening
TheForkUserVery satisfied with our lunch at Domo. A great choice for quality sushi/Japanese food at a reasonable price in Oporto. Much better quality than the all you can eat stuff that you find these days, but not as expensive as other a la carte sushi restaurants. There's not a lot of items on the menu, but I'm ok with that, I'd rather have a few good dishes than a lot of mediocre ones, and Domo's dishes were all tasty, fresh and well presented. The waitress was incredibly kind and sweet. The place is a little small and the tables where we sat were in a corner that could feel a little claustrophobic (not for me, but it might be for some people). If you want more space I'd maybe recommend their second restaurant (Domo Domo) which seems to be bigger, but other than that I really have nothing to complain and I would surely go back if I were to be in Oporto again.
TheForkUserGreat portuguese food, awesome flavor! The price is understandable, given the quality and amount of food. The staff is efficient and very friendly. I'll go back soon, absolutely!
TheForkUserI chose this restaurant due to the good rating and customer reviews. On arrival to the restaurant the welcome was really good - very professional and friendly staff. Food was excellent, perfectly presented and cooked. Also, a nice selection of wines that were not "over" marked up - which was really good to see. The ambience of the restaurant as well was excellent - really nice lighting and comfortable environment. Would definitely return when visiting Porto next.
_TI***8nThe tasting menu was a highlight of our visit, with each course meticulously crafted to showcase bold and refined flavors. The service was exceptional, with small thoughtful gestures that made our experience truly memorable.
_TI***jzThis place offers a unique gastronomic experience with a perfect balance of traditional and innovative dishes. The quality of the food is top-notch!
