It was our last evening in Porto, we were a big table of 9 seated right by the DJ and in the mood to celebrate. Yakuza checked all the boxes high quality food, beautifully presented (great value), superb personalized service and a fun atmosphere! We had a grand time. Thank you! I would highly recommend

Sat by the open kitchen this time. Watching the pizzaiolos toss the dough was the best part, honestly. Pizza came out decent, crust had a good chew. Place was busy for a Tuesday, got a bit loud but it&#39;s part of the charm. I&#39;d come back if I&#39;m in the area and want a casual bite.

The staff handled my gluten thing without making it awkward. That alone was a win. Had the grilled octopus, decent portion. Server pointed me to a Douro red that actually paired well with it. Menu&rsquo;s got enough options to make you come back. Nothing fancy, just solid.

The seafood linguine was the move &mdash; pasta cooked right, sauce creamy but not heavy. Solid spot for a casual dinner. Would&#39;ve liked a better wine by the glass though.

Stopped by for a late-night drink and ended up staying longer than planned. Wine list is solid, not huge, but they picked some good Portuguese options. Had a glass of red with their tapas&mdash;the pairing worked nicely. Prices fair for what you get. Place was cozy, staff let us take our time. Would come back if I&#39;m in the area again.

Grilled dorada was spot on &mdash; crispy skin, tender meat. With a glass of house white, still cheaper than my usual coffee back home. Can&#39;t complain.

The grilled sardines were really good. Fresh, salty, cooked over the open flame just right. Portion was decent for the price too, not one of those places that rips you off for a tiny plate. I&#39;d go back just for that dish.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Sandwiches were pretty good, decent size. Staff friendly enough. Octopus salad was a bit bland, wouldn&#39;t get that again. But the place has a nice buzz to it. Fine for what it is.

The garlic shrimp were really good&mdash;fresh, plenty of garlic, not oily at all. I liked that they brought out little snacks before the meal, nice touch. Nothing fancy about the place, but the food speaks for itself. Would come back for those shrimp alone. Maybe slightly pricey for the setting, but fair for what you get.

Came here with a couple of friends after someone said it was the real deal. Honestly, the portions are huge and the food tastes like actual home cooking. We ordered a bit of everything and still left with boxes. The walnut pie for dessert was the highlight for me. Prices are super fair too, especially for the amount you get. Place is a bit simple inside but that&rsquo;s part of the charm I guess.

Stumbled onto this place and loved the vibe &mdash; that quirky interior really gives it personality. The Talho Burger was solid, and the Lallo wine surprised me in a good way. Only thing, fries came out a bit soft, and it&#39;s pretty dim in the back if you&#39;re trying to take pics. Still, I&#39;d go back for that burger.

Nice riverside spot for wine and cold plates with friends, though service kinda faded after the food came. 🍷

The lemon pie and banoffee were the standouts for sure. Thin-crust pizza was surprisingly decent too. Nice spot for a casual bite, though the dessert display makes it hard to just walk past.

The Francesinha here is a proper beast&mdash;so rich and heavy, I could barely finish it. Took a while to arrive, but the staff kept checking in, which I appreciated. Place was buzzing with regulars, felt like a true local spot. If you&#39;re after comfort food and don&#39;t mind a bit of a wait, this does the job.

Mamma Bella Cais de Gaia is a hidden gem located a short walk away from the Douro River Front. The pizzas and pastas we ordered were freshly prepared and the cook was really generous with ingredients.

This is a lovely little restaurant with very friendly staff. The menu consists of different tapas, great value for money!

Both the American and the Lombardia burgers were fabulous!!! Even the chips they served with them were amazing! also the Nutella and the fruits tiramis&ugrave; were delicious! we will go back 100% Sam our waitress was great too, super nice, sweet, efficient!  we loved everything:)
