Dropped by for a quick lunch. Food came out fast, which I appreciated. Got the tasting menu thing and honestly, the presentation was way better than I expected from a hotel spot. Plates looked almost too nice to eat. Flavors were solid, nothing crazy but decent. Bit pricey for what you get though. If you're nearby and want something quick, it works.

The beef was decent — cooked properly and pretty tender. Staff were friendly enough, and the place had a relaxed vibe. Had a quiet dinner there and it worked fine for what I wanted. Nothing fancy, but I’d probably go back if I’m in the area again.

The grilled fish was spot on, and prices are fair for the area. Simple spot, but the food does the job.

The bifana here is legit. Pork was juicy, soaked in that spicy sauce, bread held up without getting soggy. Had two because one wasn't enough. Skip the parking hassle in the old town, just walk in. Pastry shop but the savory stuff is where it's at.

Solid cuttlefish with clams. Proper Alentejo food, no fuss. Staff were sound. Bill was fair for what you got. Wouldn't mind going back.

The grilled octopus was spot on, tender and smoky. Nice little spot in Alpalhão, though the menu could use clearer allergen info.

Came here twice in three days, that pretty much sums it up. The tapas and mains are solid, mostly seafood and meat stuff. Portions are decent for what you pay, didn't feel ripped off at all. Sat on the terrace once, nice vibe. Service was on point too. Honestly, surprised it hasn't caught more attention yet.

Wow! From the moment we entered we knew we were in for a special evening. The place itself is just amazing! Great art, great music, everywhere you look there is something unusual to catch the eye.The food choice/menu was very good and our waiter, Vasco, explained how the sharing concept worked. We also shared a recommended wine flight to compliment each course. We loved the food! Each course was a pleasure to eat. Portions were plentiful. Service was very good.Thoroughly recommend a visit.Thank you HF

The staff actually remembered our order from last time — that never happens. Grilled sardines were spot on, salty and smoky. Place gets loud but worth it.

The food and ambiance were fantastic. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the wines and the food they were serving. I highly recommend this restaurant. I will be back there again!

The staff were lovely and the place feels cozy. Had the Alentejo pork—so flavorful, honestly the best I've tried. Chocolate mousse was a nice finish too.

Staying in a converted 14th-century monastery is something else. The old stone walls mixed with modern comfort just works. João and Daniel at the front desk were genuinely lovely, made us feel looked after without being over the top. Only thing—the room got a bit cold at night. But honestly, that atmosphere made up for it.

Excellent menu and the quality of the food did not disappoint. There appeared to be a problem getting our dinners out of the kitchen at the same time. The servers did not comment but handled the situation well. Overall, a very nice dinner and we would go back if we were at Torre de Palma again.

Came on a local's tip. Black pork secreto was the standout — proper flavor. Service drags when it's packed, so don't be in a rush. Solid spot overall.

Pork cheek was spot on, tender and full of flavor. Migas were hearty too. Portions are generous, no doubt. Just a heads up, some dishes run a bit salty and rich. Solid spot for a quick, filling bite.

The fried cod with gravy was really fresh, exactly what I needed. Prices run a bit higher than nearby spots, but the quality felt worth it.

The staff here are genuinely nice—friendly but not hovering over you. I had the pizza and it came out hot, crust was decent. Also tried the homemade sangria, pretty solid. Place was a bit busy but that's fine. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The grilled sardines were spot on. Charred outside, juicy inside, that smoky saltiness you want. Had them with the boiled potatoes and a simple salad. Portion was decent for the price. Nothing fancy about the place, but the fish tasted fresh and that's what mattered to me.

The cod à Zé do Pipo was really good, and the portions are generous. The dining room is lively, maybe a bit noisy, but the service was friendly and made it easy to relax.

Solid spot for Alentejo classics. The wine list really stands out—staff knew their stuff when pairing. Just watch the bill, it adds up quicker than you'd think.

The grilled fish was fresh and light, exactly what I needed for lunch. Staff spoke English and helped me pick a healthier side.

Solid grilled meat spot. Three portions fed five of us easily. Black pork ribs were the highlight. Prices fair, service on point.

The picanha was spot on, really tender and full of flavor. Sangria surprised me too, one of the better ones I've had around here.

The buffet is back and honestly it’s pretty good. I liked that the staff didn’t hover but were there when you needed them. Also the place is easy to get around if you have trouble walking, which I appreciate. Just wish the seating area wasn’t so close to the serving station, got a bit crowded at times. But overall a nice relaxed lunch.

Spacious place in the industrial zone, good outdoor seating. Staff handled the tour groups well, though the wine list could use more local options.

The açorda here is the real deal. Deep, garlicky, packed with local herbs. I ordered the pork cheek too, fell apart like it should. Maybe not the cheapest spot in Estremoz, but the flavors are honest. That's what matters. I'd come back just for that dish alone.

Stopped by for a late lunch and ordered the pork tenderloin with migas. Honestly, that dish alone made my day. The meat was juicy and the migas had this nice texture. Gazpacho was pretty solid too, fresh and cold. Room is tiny and nothing fancy, but you don't really care once the food arrives. Owner checked on us a couple times, super friendly.

Got a table even though the market was packed on Saturday. Staff were really welcoming. Food is classic Alentejo, nothing fancy but done right. Prices looked steep at first, then the portions arrived—we ordered for two and it could've fed three or four easily. Just wish they'd dim the lights a bit, felt a little bright for a relaxed lunch.
