The buffalo wings were solid—big portion, really flavorful. Beer list is impressive too. Slightly pricier than other spots, but you're paying for the location.

Great spot right on the main square, food was fresh and tasty. Just a bit of a wait since it was packed.

Decent spot. Beef tartare was really good, pork tenderloin cooked just right. Staff spoke both English and Slovak without any issue. Service was attentive but nothing over the top.

Came here with a couple of friends and honestly the food was the highlight. I had the bryndzové halušky and it was properly good, not the touristy version. The stream next to the terrace makes it feel super chill. Only thing is the QR code menu, kinda annoying when your phone is dying. But yeah, solid spot for a casual dinner.

The lava cake was spot on — gooey in the middle, just how it should be. Dinner itself was solid too. Place was a bit busy but we got our food quick enough.

The villa itself is gorgeous — fireplace, open kitchen, straight out to the garden. Lake view is the highlight. Only downside: the access road is still rough and unfinished. Felt a bit much for what you get.

The pho here in Martin is really solid, noodles are always cooked right. Portions are generous too. Just wish the seating was a bit more comfortable, but it's fine for a quick meal.

Nice spot right on the square, can't beat the location. Had the halusky and honestly it was way too salty for me. Decent enough food but I'd probably try something else next time.

The tomato soup with cheese really stood out—rich, creamy, just the right kind of comforting. I didn’t expect much from a soup but it was the highlight. Salads and burgers were fine, nothing crazy. Might come back just for that soup again.

Came here with a couple of friends on a random weeknight and honestly the terrace is the whole vibe. Music was good, not too loud so we could actually chat. Drinks were solid, maybe a bit pricey but fine for the atmosphere. Would def come back for a chill hangout.

Loved the vibe here — super chill for hanging out with friends. Staff were on it even when the place filled up, which honestly surprised me. We grabbed a few drinks and just stayed way longer than planned. Only thing is it got a bit loud later, but whatever, still a solid spot to catch up.

Nice spot for a relaxed catch-up. Staff were friendly and even brought water for our dog — that was a nice touch. Food was decent, nothing fancy but fine.

The meat plate and steaks were solid, nothing fancy but cooked right. Service was professional without hovering. Prices fair for what you get.

Christina took good care of us, super friendly and quick. Pasta tasted fresh, proper Italian. Place got a bit loud later but that's on us for staying.

The salmon nigiri was honestly the freshest I’ve had in Banská Bystrica. Tried the ramen too, decent but a bit mild for my taste. Still, I’d come back for the sushi alone. 🍣

Decent spot for a quick bite. Portions are fair and the price feels right. Nothing fancy, just solid food. The seating area was a bit cramped though, but fine for a casual stop.

The terrace is the main draw here, honestly. Inside is pretty cramped, so we were lucky to get a table outside. Food was solid, nothing fancy, but the portions were decent for what you paid. Service was quick too, which I always appreciate. I'd come back just for that outdoor seating, even if it means waiting a bit.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast had enough options, nothing fancy but solid. Parking and wifi worked fine. Good spot if you just need a place to sleep.

Loved the little enclosed patio, super cozy. They had gluten-free options which was a big plus, and the staff actually took time to explain everything in English. 👍

Loved the beef with Carlsbad dumplings here 🍖 right by the slope, food came super fast. Great spot to warm up with friends.

Stopped here after wandering around the castle area. Got the schnitzel and it was solid, crispy outside and the potato salad on the side worked well. Place was pretty busy but service kept up fine. Prices felt fair for the location. Wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the neighborhood again.

Lovely spot by the river, kids could play right next to the terrace while we ate. Food was decent, nothing fancy. Just bring cash, no card payments.

Solid local beer selection and the lunch specials are priced right. Tried the traditional dishes—decent portions, nothing fancy. Service was quick enough for a workday stop.

The ice cream here is 1.2€ per scoop and honestly that’s fair for what you get. I had two scoops and it was enough. Place was clean, seating inside and out. Nothing fancy but you won’t feel ripped off.

The food was decent and portions were huge, that's for sure. But the service felt a bit all over the place - we had to wave someone down for a dish that never showed up, and the guy didn't even seem bothered. At least the kids' playground kept the little ones busy while we waited.

Lovely spot with a cozy vibe. Staff was super helpful when I couldn't decide. Got there late so some dishes were gone, but the one I tried was delicious.
