TheForkUserI haven't been to the Fishers Pond so this was a trip back in time. The setting is still as I remember, obviously the staff and menu wasn't going to be the same but I wasn't disappointed, the menu provides a variety of dishes and the roast which we chose was probably one of the best i have had. TheForkUserSouth Indian food is different from what you get in an average Indian restaurant. The person I went with was put off by this because she is not adventurous. It was also too spicy-hot for her. I loved everything and will go back by myself. If you want tandoori chicken and sag paneer, go somewhere else. The restaurant is large, with all hard surfaces and no soundproofing. There was a big party, and it was extremely noisy. Perhaps avoiding Friday evenings is a good idea.
