Stopped in on a Sunday. Busy but food came out quick. Coffee was solid. Servings are generous, which was a nice surprise.

Hobba&#39;s hotcakes are the move. Really fluffy, and not drowning in syrup which is a win for me. Coffee&#39;s always smooth here. Solid brunch spot.

Lovely old English style tea house with very delicious scones. Not really suitable for young families as it isn&rsquo;t very spacious and no space for pram but definitely a great place to visit if you want a old English style afternoon tea.

The chicken kebab was really good. I asked if they could add some chips inside, and they did it for me, no problem. Just a nice little touch.

Coffee&#39;s always solid here. I grab one between classes - it&#39;s just a quick, reliable stop. The barista remembered my usual order today, which was a nice touch.
