The prawn mee soup base is really flavourful, you can tell the shrimp they use is super fresh. The whole place has this nice, relaxed vibe that makes it easy to just sit and enjoy your bowl.

The shawarma wrap was simple but really satisfying. I liked that the chicken inside tasted fresh, and the veggies were crisp. Good portion for a healthy, filling lunch. The price felt fair for what you get.

The dumplings were really good, with that authentic taste. But what stood out was the staff chatting about the culture and history behind the dishes. Made the whole meal feel more interesting.

The tea here is sublime. I tried the oolong, it was fragrant and smooth, with a clean finish. Just the right thing to have while reading. The book collection is good too, lots on Buddhist philosophy. A nice quiet spot away from the street noise.

Set menu is a good deal here. Ordered the grilled fish set, portion was decent and the fish was fresh. Service was prompt, staff checked in once during the meal. Solid option for a quick business lunch near the office.

The coffee here is really good. I also appreciate the resident cat wandering around, it makes the place feel even more cozy and relaxed. A nice spot for a quiet cup.

The Black Forest latte was so interesting! En. Roslan explained everything, which was perfect for catching up with friends.

The siphon-brewed Kopi Luwak was fantastic. The staff really took their time explaining the process, which was nice to see.

Service was on point. Staff remembered our usual order. Always friendly, never pushy. Good vibes. 👍

The scones were the highlight for me. Really nice texture, and the Devonshire cream with lemon jam was spot on. Simple things done right.

The Nanyang coffee is spot on. The butter toast is so soft it just melts. Tried a couple of the new dishes on the menu, they were interesting. The place has a nice, updated look now.

First time with nasi kandar! I liked that we could ask for less spice. The cabbage was fresh and crunchy, which balanced the fried items nicely. The chicken was juicy too. Good portion for the price.

The oxtail soup was pretty good, a classic you don't see much anymore. Service from the long-time staff was fine, though the place was a bit loud. Decent spot for a simple meal.

The curry puffs were the highlight for me. The pastry was so flaky and light, and I loved finding a whole boiled egg inside. It felt like a really wholesome, homemade snack. The custard in the egg tarts was also very smooth and not overly sweet.

love the big food selection there. very worth the price, especially for kids and elderlies with a big discount! staff were very attentive and kind!

Hainanese chicken chop was the main reason for my visit. The chicken was crispy outside, juicy inside. The brown gravy had a rich, authentic flavor. It's a solid choice if you're in the area and craving that specific dish.

I had a wonderful dinner with a big portion at a reasonable price. The 4-course meal for RM45 was a great deal, and the staff provided 5-star service.

The kacang phool with crispy roti bakar is my go-to for a chill hangout. 😋

Nice little cafe. They know their coffee, brewed my Ethiopian just right.

Katsu and tuna sushi were good quality. Lunch prices are decent for authentic Japanese food in Penang.

Service was efficient and responsive. We had a group of 8 and they quickly rearranged tables for us without any fuss. Staff were polite and attentive throughout the meal. Made the logistics smooth.

The pho broth was so comforting, just the right warmth for a rainy evening. I liked how the space felt tucked away, with soft lighting and those little wooden stools. A nice, quiet spot to unwind.

Been coming here for years. Their blackpepper grilled chicken is still the best around, always juicy and the pepper hits just right. Tried the "Princesses" drink once, had popcorn on top. A bit sweet for me, but my kid loved it.

Been coming here for years. The seafood is always fresh, that's what keeps me coming back. Yeah, it's a bit pricey, but you're paying for that quality. Perfect for when you want a proper meal out.

The lunch buffet is a steal! I love how they rotate the dishes, keeps things interesting. Today's grilled salmon was perfectly flaky. A solid choice when you're feeling indecisive.

We loved the interior, the superb staff that spoiled us rotten while we were there! packing up everything for us to make sure we don't waste any food, and checking us after every dish. very commendable. lack of 1 star due to the food, it wasnt as appetising as back then.
