The coffee's aroma is so rich, not overly sweet. Perfect with a burger.

Came in just before closing but the owners were so nice. The vibe is really cozy and homely, like being at a friend's place. Food was good too.

Stopped by for a pint. The craft beer selection is solid, lots of international options too. Friendly vibe, easy to chat with people.

The cheese naan was so good, warm and cheesy. The menu is huge, which is nice. Service was friendly and quick, though the chairs are a bit hard for a long sit.

The beef satay here is so good! Really juicy and the peanut sauce is spot on, just like the ones I remember from KL. Perfect for sharing with friends over a casual catch-up.

This restaurant is renowned for its Koayteowth'ng(Eel fish balls noodles), I love the flavourful Koay Teow soup and delicious Eel fish balls. Highly recommend. They received the Michelin Bib Guide 2023, crowded most of the time.

Been coming here for years, and the mutton curry is always spot on. Tender meat, that creamy gravy... just hits the spot every single time. It's the one thing I know I can count on.

Got here right at noon, the place was already buzzing. Tried the signature pasta, it's got a nice kick to it. A bit on the pricier side, but the vibe is chill.

Been coming here for years, and the curry salmon angel hair is still the reason. Pasta's always cooked just right, sauce stays rich and creamy. It's the one dish that never lets me down.

The grilled salmon was the highlight for me. It tasted so fresh, like it was just caught. The vegetables were crisp and the mashed potatoes creamy. A simple, healthy meal that left me feeling good.

Came for the blue chicken, it's not something you see at other nasi kandar places. The gravy was rich and had this unique flavour. The meat was tender, definitely the highlight of the meal.

The coffee here is really good, strong and smooth. But the spaghetti portion was a bit small for the price, same with the fish and chips. Felt a little short-changed on that.

I had a fantastic experience at this rooftop restaurant! The ambiance is relaxing, and the service was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit special.

No. 4 of Bars in George Town

The fried chicken was crisp, and the bingsu was a refreshing finish. Menu's a bit limited, but their house lager paired surprisingly well with the chicken. Would've liked a few more drink options to explore.

Pulled pork burger was solid. Juicy and not dry. Sat outside, much quieter than inside. Kids' play area looked decent for families.

Nice spot for sunset dinner. Ordered the grilled fish platter, portion was generous for the price. Could share between two if you're not super hungry. View really is the main draw here.

Gula Melaka crepe cake was the standout. The layers were distinct and the flavor was spot-on. Ice cream scoop for RM1 is a steal.

This was my second visit to Winns Cafe this year, and once again it did not disappoint. The food was amazingly delicious, full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The ambience was warm and inviting, making it such a pleasant spot to enjoy lunch. Service was fantastic – the staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. To top it off, the very pretty and charming lady boss came over to chat with us after our meal, which added such a personal and lovely touch to the experience. Truly a gem in Georgetown – can’t wait to come back again!

The banana leaf set lunch. The chicken varuval was the standout, really well-spiced and tender. The fried fish was fresh and crispy. That's what I come for.

The chicken broth macaroni was richer than the ones I've had in Hong Kong cafes. My kid loved it, kept asking for more. Broth had a nice, thick consistency.

Simple menu on the chalkboard, which I like. Ordered the Iberico pork. It was grilled just right, very flavorful. Portion was decent for the price. They were a bit short-staffed, but service was still friendly.

The burger was cooked just right, juicy and not dry at all. Came for a late lunch, but the place was still packed with students. Had to wait a bit for a table, but the food came out fast once we sat down.

Love the vibe here. It's in this beautifully restored old house, feels so unique. The upstairs space is perfect if you want a quieter spot to chill. Just a lovely place to be.

Crab roe pasta was unique. Squid ink version had a nice spicy kick. Udon was creamy, sauce coated everything well. Solid.

The homemade sausages are really good here. Juicy and full of flavor, better than most places nearby. Perfect for a quick lunch. Got my food in under 10 minutes. Prices are fair too.
