Oysters, beef tartare with olive oil ice cream, risotto with salmon trout (with little/no Parmesan - still excellent and a real soul food), cod with truffles and leeks, panna cotta with apricots and almonds - accompanied by very good wines. Plenty of option of hamburger to meet the expectation of these very demanding kids. Located in a small lovely town that cars can enter and park in front of the restaurant. Easy to reach on our way from Bolzano to Trento.
