The food was decent but the room felt dead — no music, harsh afternoon sun right on the table. Beer list was thin too. Shame, cause the plate deserved better.

Came here on a quiet afternoon, sat outside. The live music was decent, not too loud. Food had good flavor, my lamb was cooked properly. Service was fine, nothing to complain about. Prices are fair for what you get. Wouldn't say it's the best spot in town, but it does the job when you want a relaxed meal.

Stopped by for a quick dinner and the staff were on point. Friendly, kept checking in, and one of them even told us about a voucher we didn't know we had. That saved us a bit of cash. Food was decent too, nothing fancy but solid. Place gets a bit busy around 7 though.

The table button to call waiters is such a smart idea. Pressed it once and someone came over right away. Food was solid too, nothing fancy but done well.

Food's decent when it's fresh, bottomless drinks are a plus. Parking's a nightmare though, always packed.

The brisket was tender and smoky, really well-prepared. Loved the quirky vibe and the owner clearly cares about the food. Drinks were refreshing too.

Been here a few times for breakfast while my car gets sorted. Coffee's decent, milkshakes are the real highlight. Service is chill though—don't come if you're in a rush. 🚗☕

Been coming here for a while now. Food's always well-presented and tasty, staff remember you. Good spot for a relaxed afternoon out.

Lively spot for sure — great energy if you're out with friends. Just don't expect a quiet chat, it gets proper noisy when it's busy.

The chicken schnitzel salad is the reason I keep coming back. Crispy, juicy, and the dressing cuts through it just right. Menu's got some other interesting stuff too, but honestly I order the same thing every time. Portion's decent for the price. Solid spot.

I had an incredible experience at Level 4, where the food was not only delicious but also expertly plated. The rack of lamb and fish were standout dishes that I can't wait to try again.

Restaurant in 54 on Bath, Johannesburg Rosebank

No. 1 of Fine Dining in Johannesburg

Solid food, no complaints there. Wine list is decent too. Place is a bit dated though, could use a refresh. Still, a good spot for a quick, quality bite.

Stopped in for a late lunch and grabbed the margherita. Dough had that nice chew, not too thick, and the sauce tasted fresh. House chardonnay was decent with it too. Place was quiet around 2pm so service was quick. Would go back if I'm in the area again.

The grilled fish was fresh, really fresh. I asked for extra greens on the side and they didn't mind at all. Sitting by the window, watching the golfers while eating, felt quite peaceful. Service was quick too, no waiting around. Just wish the portion was a bit bigger for the price.

Stopped in for a steak and honestly the ribeye did the job. Bone marrow mash on the side was the real winner though. Place had a decent buzz, not too loud. Service was quick and friendly. Only thing is it's not cheap, but you get what you pay for I guess. Solid if you're in the mood for red meat.

Been coming here for ages and the garlic naan still hits the spot every time. Service stays solid too, never had a bad visit. Just wish they'd speed things up a bit when it gets busy, but honestly the food makes up for it.

The atmosphere at Flames is truly breathtaking, especially with the panoramic city views. The attention to detail in both the service and the food makes it a top-tier dining destination.

Restaurant in Four Seasons Hotel the Westcliff, Johannesburg

We stopped by for my grandson's 2nd birthday last week. Kids loved the airplane play structure, that's a nice addition. Food was decent, nothing crazy but fine for a family spot. Place gets busy on weekends though, took a while to get our order in. Been coming here for years, it's reliable.

Decent Greek spot. Souvlaki and calamari were solid, dips good too. Meze portions run small though, baklava was almost a joke. Service a bit hit or miss but the room was comfortable.

I had a fantastic meal at Marble Johannesburg! The food was well-prepared and the flavors were delightful. It's definitely a place to enjoy a great dining experience.

The restaurant offers a great menu with tasty dishes. The service was top-notch, especially from our waiter Sne, who was very friendly and attentive.

Menu looked decent, ended up going with the peri-peri chicken and it didn't disappoint. Service was friendly enough, no complaints. Solid spot if you're in the area and don't want to fuss over where to eat.

Food was tasty and the staff were friendly. Got charged for bread we never ordered though, which was a bit annoying. Still enjoyed the meal.

Stopped by for a quick dinner last week. Yeah it's not cheap, but the ingredients taste fresh and portions are fair for the price. Had a cocktail too, properly made, not watered down. Place was busy but service kept up alright. Solid spot if you're in the area and don't mind spending a bit more.
