Stumbled upon this roastery. The space is bright, clean, and the decor is seriously creative. Just sitting here with my cup is pretty inspiring.

First time trying a vegan crepe! The Herbivore's Delight was surprisingly fresh and packed with flavor. Really appreciate the clear gluten-free menu options here, makes ordering so much easier.

The ginger molasses cookie is the star here. It's soft, with a perfect hint of spice. The rest of the selection is good, but that one cookie really stuck with me.

Stopped by for a breakfast sandwich. The bun was super soft and they use two eggs, which is key. Home fries were nicely crispy and seasoned well. Hit the spot.

The homemade ice cream here is really good. It's super creamy, and I appreciate that it's not too sweet. Tried the purple cow flavor, which was a fun choice.

Traveling and needed a quick bite. The grilled chicken sandwich was cooked just right, not dry at all. Hit the spot.

Good spot to get some work done. Coffee was fine, and they have both indoor and outdoor seating.

Solid espresso here, with that nice 8 oz cup size. You can tell they know what they're doing. Grabbed mine to go, but the patio looked perfect for a sunny day. Staff was chill and helpful when I asked about the roast.

As a tea person, I was so glad they had hojicha and matcha lattes. Perfect for catching up with friends over something other than coffee!

The pastries were so fresh and delicious, with a lovely selection of healthy ingredients. A really cozy spot to enjoy them.

Stopped by for a latte on my way through Millerton. It's a cute spot, feels really chill. The regular latte is solid, and the line usually moves fast. Got my drink quick.
