Always enjoy a carvery, not my 1st here which is why we go back. The food is good, affordable and the grandkids love it. The service was very good , it was busy and the waiting staff coped well. Generally very good

Loved the vibe here! The bright colonial decor with those Himalayan touches made it feel really special. Perfect for a chilled catch-up with friends. The space is so calm and welcoming, just what we needed for a long gossip session.

Delivery was super quick and the food was still steaming hot! Perfect for when you're starving with friends.

Found this spot in Lostwithiel. The fish and chips were spot on, really fresh. But the real star was the beer list – tried a local pale ale that went brilliantly with the meal. Just a shame the dining area felt a bit cramped when it got busy.

Just popped in for a pint. The fire was going and it felt really cozy. Had a couple of their local ales, which were spot on. Proper pub vibes.

The raspberry croissant brioche doughnut was so fresh, you could tell the pastry was made that morning. The fruit filling tasted like real berries, not too sweet. It did get quite crowded at lunch, had to wait a minute for a seat.

The wood-fired pizza base is incredibly light and tasty, just like some I've had in Italy. The subtle tomato base with Parma ham is spot on.

Lovely evening. The Sunday lunch was spot on, really well executed. Parmesan and truffle fries were a standout. Bar staff were genuinely welcoming, made you feel right at home.

Had a big group dinner here. Staff handled our 20 people really well - all the meals arrived hot and as ordered. They were friendly and didn’t seem rushed at all.

They handled my request for an extra-hot curry without any fuss. The chicken tikka masala was solid, and the spice level was spot-on. Good to know they're flexible.

A decent spot for a quiet drink. The atmosphere is relaxed, and they’re dog-friendly, which is nice. Staff were pleasant enough. It’s fine for meeting a friend, though the beer selection could be a bit better.

As a coeliac, I was genuinely impressed by the gluten-free menu here. So many choices! The tables are a bit snug, but the food portions are generous and everything tasted spot on. A really nice find.

Lovely little spot. The flat white was just right - smooth and strong, exactly what I needed. Sat by the window for a good hour, watching people pass by. The vibe is cozy and a bit quirky. Coffee's the real star here.

Been coming here for years, and it's always consistent. Their special rice is the star - fragrant, fluffy, and just the right amount of spice. Still the top spot for Indian food around here.

Been coming here for years. It’s the consistency that keeps me coming back. The place is always spotless, tables cleared quickly, and everything just feels tidy and reliable. That’s honestly the main thing for me.

Been coming here for years. The outdoor bit is my go-to when the sun's out. Just a solid, comfortable spot to unwind. They've kept it nice and consistent, which is what keeps me coming back.

The staff are so friendly, especially Roly and Lesley. It really feels like a proper local.

The gluten-free pasties were a nice find. They bake them fresh, you can tell. The crust was actually flaky, which is tricky with gluten-free dough. Tasted pretty good, too.

Great pub quiz on Tuesdays, really lively. The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is spot on for a traditional local. Decent beer selection too, had a good pint of their house bitter.

A decent spot in Lostwithiel, good for families. They handled my dietary request without any fuss, which was appreciated. The food was pretty good, though the service was a little slow during our visit.

Really friendly team here. Saw them help a customer who was struggling, just went out of their way. Nice to see that kind of care.

Coffee's top notch. Got a sandwich to go - fresh and tasty. Perfect for a quick bite by the sea. Service was quick, which is what I needed.

Been staying here for years. The room overlooking the church is always so peaceful and comfortable. Perfect base for exploring Dartmoor.

Just stopped by for the shellfish platter. Really generous portion, enough for two. The prawns were sweet, mussels fresh. That view over the colourful houses was a nice bonus.

Decent spot for a pint. The food looked pretty good from what I saw at other tables. They're very dog-friendly, which is a nice touch. A solid choice for a casual drink.

Stopped in for a change and got their hot chocolate. It was made with real dark chocolate, not too sweet. The staff were friendly. A nice little treat on a cold day.

Breakfast was included with our stay. The ingredients felt fresh, especially the tomatoes and mushrooms. A nice, healthy start to the day. The view from the pub is lovely, right by the water.
