The tiramisu was really good. Light, not too sweet. The place was packed but our server was quick and kept things moving. Solid spot for a casual dessert.

The weekday fish and chips deal is a steal with a pint. The batter was properly light and crisp, and the fish inside was flaky and moist. Hit the spot for a classic pub lunch.

The burger was the main thing for me. Juicy patty, cheese melted just right. The bun held up well, not soggy. That's what I come for.

The burger was the real deal. Juicy patty, soft bun, the works. Exactly what I needed after a long ride.

Vegan burger here. Honestly, one of the better plant-based ones I've had. Even compared to other chains. Patty had a decent texture, not mushy. Solid fast-food option.

The egg fried rice here is the star. Each grain is separate, with a subtle wok hei aroma. The egg is just set, not rubbery. It's simple, but they've got the technique down.

Been coming here for years. Always spotless, and the staff handle the busy times well.

The scones were lovely and warm. But the teas all arrived mixed up, so we couldn't tell whose was which. A bit of a shame.

The staff are so friendly, they greet you right away. The food has a real homely feel to it, and everyone serves it with a genuine smile. It just makes the whole place feel really warm and welcoming.

We come here often. The food is always reliable and the prices are fair. My only note is that it gets quite loud from the sports bar side after 8pm or so, which can be a bit much if you're looking for a quiet chat.

A proper Sunday roast. The beef was tender, and the Yorkshire pudding was spot on. Portions are generous, you won’t leave hungry. The gravy could have been a bit hotter, but that’s a small thing. Really liked the relaxed, no-fuss feel of the place.

Perfect spot to grab a bite after tennis with friends. The outdoor tables are great for a casual catch-up. Had the margherita pizza, it was decent. A bit pricey for what it is, but the location right by the courts is so handy.

Spacious two-floor layout, really clean. Grabbed a burger downtown, the patty was juicy and cooked just right. A solid spot for a straightforward meal.

Been coming here for years, and their Biscoff cheesecake is the reason. It's just consistently spot on. Rich, creamy, with that perfect caramelised biscuit base. Never had a bad slice.

Falafel wrap with halloumi was fresh and filling. Perfect for a quick bite during a busy lunch hour. Service was friendly, got my order in under 5 minutes. Solid spot in the market.

Love that the menu changes so often here. Had a fantastic lamb stew last time, and it was something completely different this visit. Always keeps things interesting. The owners are super friendly too.

The lamb shank was cooked perfectly, just fell off the bone. The sauce had a deep, rich flavour that went really well with the mash. Good portion size for the price.

Really liked the brunch menu here, it's got more interesting options than the usual. The gluten-free section is actually decent. The outdoor seating area is nice and relaxed, perfect for bringing the dog along.

The beer garden is spacious and a great spot on a sunny day. Had a business lunch here, and the relaxed atmosphere was exactly what we needed. Service was efficient, which is key.

The salt beef bagel here is so good. The bagel was warm, the beef was really tender, and that mustard and pickle combo just hits the spot. Perfect for a quick catch-up with a mate, and honestly, the price is a win.

The Sunday roast was really decent, generous portions too. The fish and chips were pretty good, a nice big piece of fish.

Nice little spot for a coffee and cake. The slice was generous, and honestly, for the price, you get a good amount. It's a decent value for a quick stop in town. The place itself is quiet and has some cool local art up.

Family dinner here. Food was solid, service was accommodating - they let us bring our own drinks. A practical choice for the area. The discount coupons for the ice cream shop next door were a nice touch.

A cosy local pub, perfect for a quiet evening. The surroundings are comfortable, and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. They have a good selection of local ales, which was a nice touch. A very pleasant spot to unwind.

Lovely spot tucked away with a sea view. Came for breakfast and really appreciated the sausage and bacon baps. The ingredients tasted fresh, which is so important to me. Prices were fair. A nice, simple start to the day.
