TheForkUserVery cute restaurant, tasty and healthy food at a great price. The manager was really lovely too. Fairly quiet when we were in there but everyone is gearing up again after lockdown.
TheForkUserThe place is just a walk way from the main centre, but it’s worth the walk. It’s a small but very delicious food, well done and more french than asiatic. I recommend.
TheForkUserthey didn't mind having a main dish only. I wanted a quality meal, but didn't want to miss my train either. Guillaume is situated at half way from the train station to the old ville city centre. the regional beef steak was delicious.
TheForkUserReasonably priced good restaurant as you would expect of a logi hotel. Location outside Dijon convenient for motorway but otherwise uninspiring.
TheForkUserAmazing lunch. Everything was very good, if I have to find a flaw the desserts were probably not up to the standard of the first courses. If I return to this area one day I will definitely eat at this restaurant again.
TheForkUserVery good food, ambience, the sun in the room for the first of the year was a real plus.
TheForkUsernice and quiet location sunny day and the terrace was quite enjoyable caring crew and very elegant food also nice wine selection, felt like staying over
TheForkUserThe food was good. Unfortunately the staff was rather unfriendly, at first refusing a visibly dirty table, and being not very service-oriented. The menu consisted only of two main courses (chicken and salmon). Location is convenient, especially since we were staying at the Comfort Hotel next door.
_TI***l8Every visit to this restaurant is a gastronomic delight, with perfectly balanced flavors and a warm, welcoming staff.
TheForkUserWe had a lovely evening in the restaurant. Good and professional staff and a fine selection of dishes and accompanying wines, suggested by the sommelier. The guests are mainly the once also staying at the hotel but a true recommendation for a good night out.
TheForkUserA very nice susprise. We stayed overnight in Macon and found this quiet, nice place. Very good selection of excellent sakes. Very good quality, moderately priced. I really would like to recommend this place.
TheForkUserSuperb! Every course was more beautifully presented than the one before. And every course tasted better than it looked. Highly recommend.
TheForkUserVery interesting concept! This “eatery” is situated in a quaint village and has an interesting concept to meals. The tables are all set low, like a cocktail bar. The ordering process is via a tablet (translated in English if needed) which shows all of the options and prices. The wine list is good, and the food options are good. The main dishes are served in glass jars and heated via a microwave…sounds bad, but the food is great! The food is prepared ahead of time, cooked and stored in glass jars., so it just needs to be warmed up sufficiently. We started with the Hot Camembert with baguettes. For our main dishes, we had the Chili Con Carne, and my husband had the Confit Pork and Chorizo stew. For dessert we had the Flowing Chocolate Heart. All of our food was very good and the ordering and paying process was quick and easy! Such a different concept, must try!
TheForkUserThe food was classic French cuisine, good portion size, deliciously tasty and not pricey. The restaurant itself has a great ambience and a lovely location in this medieval city. However I think on the night we visited they must have been short staffed as the service was very slow. Hopefully this was a 'one off' and it would not stop us from returning.
TheForkUserWhat a wonderful happy accident! We were wandering around the towns on the wine route and stopped in Givry looked at the fork and booked a table for 2. Gregoire is a very welcoming and obviously passionate person who effortlessly shares his passion with all his clients! His restaurant is very cutesy and cosy (it as jam packed) do not be in a rush as it would be a shame… sit back (v comfy chairs) glass of wine (all locally sourced) I recommend the domaine Luole and soak it all up
TheForkUserWe were heartly welcomed with a aperetif at the bar. the atmosphere in the restaurant was exquisit. Enough space between the tables, so you were not disturbed. Now the most important. We chose the Menu Degustation with wine pairing. Especially the second course, which was the best foie gras I had so far. I have to say, I have been in a couple of two starred Michelin restaurants and up to now this was the most sophisticated cuisine so far. Compliments to the Chef! The wine pairing was well chosen and accompanied the dishes perfectly. However, here is my only drawback of this evening.Together with the first course of dessert "Fraise mara des bois à la tanaisie" a raspberry beer was served. It fitted well with the dish. Nevertheless, it was absolutely not my taste. Consequently I asked for a substitute. Unfortunately I was served the wine which was meant for the second course of dessert. Which meant I was offered the same wine twice , which I refused and asked for a different drink. This drink was also charged separately.I would have expected, that in such a restaurant for such a price the substitute was included.Taken together it was a great experience and an outstanding travel for the palate. I hope that the problem mentioned above will be dealt with differently in the future.
TheForkUserLovely restaurant with a chilled ambiance right next to the river, great staff, great food enjoyed by our whole family - we will come again. In a lovely area with easy parking
TheForkUserWe received a warm welcome and quickly received our drinks and the menu. Good choice of starter, main course and desserts. Decided to have filet de trout my husband had the veal liver. Both were well presented and delicious. Good choice of wine by the glass. An excellent meal.
TheForkUserGreat quality classics and modern dishes in among the vineyards of Chagny. Worth a detour at most times. The shady terrace is good on hot days while the airy interior was reassuring during the pandemic. Beautiful Coquilles with clever touches and the freshest of vegetables. Outstanding value menus.
TheForkUserWe were recommended to try out this restaurant and we were not disappointed. Food was excellent especially the udon dish! Overall love the taste and presentation of all the dishes we ordered.
TheForkUserThe portions were very small. Especially the fish. It was more an entree than main course, almost no fish. The taste and presentation were excellent. We had to wait very long for dessert.
