Service was friendly, but the pastas were hit or miss. The ravioli was solid, but the fettuccine was overcooked and bland. For the price, I expected more flavor.

The pho broth was so clean and light, you can really taste the fresh herbs. The thinly sliced beef was tender and not fatty at all. A very comforting bowl. The space itself is quiet and pleasant.

Cozy spot in Shaw, perfect for a casual dinner with friends. The bar area is really nice. I had the grilled salmon, and their house white wine was a surprisingly good match—dry enough to cut through the richness. A solid choice for the neighborhood.

The steak was so tender, just melted in my mouth. Cooked exactly how I like it. The lobster bisque was a nice start, rich and creamy. A little pricey, but the whole vibe was just right for a quiet dinner.

Got seated right away without a reservation, even on a busy night. The quick service was perfect for catching up with friends.

The buttermilk biscuits with pimento cheese are a must. Perfectly crisp outside, fluffy inside.

Brett and the team were very accommodating. Janay in particular was efficient and kept things moving smoothly during our business lunch. Service was prompt without being rushed.

The pumpkin ravioli was a pleasant surprise, and the portion was generous.

Tried the Restaurant Week special menu. The quesadillas really stood out – you could tell the ingredients were fresh. Freddy was attentive. A solid choice for a healthy-ish meal.

The Connecticut-style lobster roll was warm, really hit the spot. The bun was perfectly toasted, just the right amount of crisp. Simple, but they nailed it.

JoJo was so sweet, really made the evening. I keep coming back here for the vegan options in DC. The jackfruit tacos tonight were solid, though the tortillas could've been a bit warmer. Still, a reliable spot for plant-based eats.

Cozy spot, feels like Puerto Rico. The music and decor really set the mood. Staff was super friendly.

This place is my go-to for a solid German beer in DC. They always have a few Märzen options on tap, which I appreciate. The currywurst is good, but the bratwurst could use a bit more snap to the casing. Still, it hits the spot.

Service is always spot-on here. They remembered my usual wine preference, which is a nice touch. It's a comfortable spot for a solo dinner with a good glass of red. The staff never makes you feel rushed.

The carrot cake here is the real deal. Moist, not too sweet, with a cream cheese frosting that has a nice tang. The chocolate raspberry chouffait was decent, but the cake is the one I'd come back for.

The atmosphere is lovely, especially the garden seating. I enjoyed the biscuits with apple butter and the cast iron chocolate chip cookie, both were delicious!

Nice quiet corner spot. The wine list had some good options that went well with the rich dishes. Portions are generous for the price.

Been coming here for years. The jerk shrimp wrap is my go-to, always fresh. They switch up the menu which keeps things interesting. Coco bread is solid too.

Been here a few times. Staff knows their stuff, which is nice. Food always comes out fast and hot. Makes a difference on a busy night.

Came for the chicken wings with mumbo sauce. They were crispy, just how I like them. The sauce was good, not too sweet. But for the price, I expected a few more wings on the plate. Portion felt a bit light for what you pay.

Been here a few times for a quick lunch. The fried tofu eggrolls are solid, and the large pho is a reliable choice. Food arrives fast, which is key for me. Service is efficient.

Came early with friends and snagged the freshest dim sum! Most dishes are under $5, which is perfect for sharing.

Cozy, low-key spot with a diner vibe. The food was solid. Good selection of wine and beer for a casual meal. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.

The portions here are huge, which I appreciate. I had the grilled salmon and it was cooked just right, not dry at all. The space itself is really nice, lots of cool art on the walls. A solid spot for a good meal.

Been coming here for years. The fish is always fresh, and they don't cut corners on the prep. That's why I keep coming back.
