The housemade bread was warm and fluffy. I loved the dill yogurt dip, it was so fresh and tangy. The mango one was a nice surprise, too. A really nice way to start things off.

The chicken was so flavorful, and the Portuguese rice was a nice touch. The staff was really attentive, which made the whole visit feel easy and pleasant. A solid spot.

Been coming here for years. The ginger tea with the sampler plate is my go-to on a cold day. Just hits the spot.

Food is excellent, no doubt. But it's definitely a higher price point. I'd save it for a special occasion when you want that level of quality.

Been here a few times. It's a clean spot, pretty cozy. Good for a low-key dinner, they usually have the game on. Nothing fancy, but it's comfortable.

Been coming here for years, and the build-your-own ramen broth is consistently good. That's what keeps me coming back.

The Ping Gai was a solid choice. Chicken had that perfect crispy skin but stayed juicy inside. Pak, our server, was super friendly and kept checking in. Made the meal feel easy and relaxed.

The Ssam Board with galbi was spot on. The meat was cooked just right, and wrapping it in those perilla leaves made all the difference. The seasonal banchan was a nice touch too, really liked the fishcake.

Service was really nice, even though I was dining alone. Rodney was my server - he knew the menu well and gave good suggestions. Made me feel comfortable.

The wine list is impressive. The staff suggested a Chardonnay that went perfectly with my seafood pasta. Also tried their non-alcoholic ginger cardamom shrub—refreshing and not too sweet. A nice touch for those not drinking.

The Americano here is solid. Strong, clean taste, no bitterness. Espresso had a nice crema. Good for a morning pick-me-up.

The Connecticut-style lobster roll is the move here. Warm, buttery, and just the right amount of simple.

The chicken sandwich here is really good. They have a nice happy hour cocktail list in the Eaton Hotel space. Service was attentive and made the whole thing easy.

The food at Fred & Stilla is exceptional, with a diverse menu that beautifully represents various cultures. The root salad and perogies were standout appetizers, making it a must-visit in Washington DC.

The prices are definitely up there, but the portions are huge and everything tasted so fresh. You get what you pay for in this neighborhood.

The crab cake sandwich was solid. Got a good amount of lump crab, not too much filler. You can tell the seafood is fresh. For the price though, I was hoping the portion would be a bit bigger.

The portions here are huge. Got the grilled salmon, it was a massive piece and cooked just right. The price felt fair for the quality of the fish they're using.

The Japanese gentleman working here is such a gem. He's genuinely friendly and helpful, and his presence really makes the place feel warm and welcoming. Just a nice, calm vibe because of him.

This place has such a welcoming, neighborhood vibe. It’s cozy and intimate but never gets too loud, which I really appreciate. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Feels like a genuine local spot.

The margarita was the star of the show. Perfect balance of tart and smooth, with a great salt rim. The staff was on point—attentive but not hovering. The space is gorgeous, though the music was a bit loud for conversation.

The doro wat was the star of the night. Rich, complex spice, and the chicken was so tender. It's the dish I keep thinking about. The rest of the menu looked good, but that one was special.

Been coming here for years. The staff is always friendly, and the place feels clean and comfortable. It's just a reliable spot for a good, simple meal.

Their egg drop soup has a nice depth of flavor. You can tell they put care into even the simple dishes.
