The Merenda Minhota starter was pretty good, and the Lombo Grosso came out cooked just right. Pudim abade priscos was a decent way to finish. Maybe a bit busy for my taste, but the food held up fine.

Menu’s not big but everything we had was solid. Showed up late and they still took care of us with a smile. That’s why I keep coming back.

The razor clams were the highlight — fresh and perfectly cooked. Staff let us take our time deciding, which I appreciated.

Food was decent, staff friendly enough. Place is a bit dated though, could use some work. Live music was nice but got a little loud at times. Had the grilled fish, came out fresh. Not bad for a neighborhood spot, I'd probably come back if I'm in the area.

Went back for the sea bass again, second time in a month. Fish was cooked right, flaky, not dry. Steak was decent too but honestly the portion felt a bit small for what you pay. Filippe remembered us from last time, nice touch. Place gets busy around 8, so go earlier if you can.

Came here for a late lunch after the beach. The terrace really is something else, you're basically right on the Atlantic. Had the Francesinha à Bombordo, sauce was rich, bread held up well. Staff checked on us a couple times, not pushy. Only thing, it got a bit busy around 2pm, but that's on us for the timing. Solid spot if you're in the area.

The grilled meat here is really something else. Portions are generous, prices fair. We sat near the back and the live music drifted over just enough, not too loud. Felt like a proper local place. Only thing, service was a bit slow but the food made up for it.

The food was really good and prices are fair. Service gets a bit slow when it's packed, but we had a nice time hanging out with friends there 😊

The puff pastry francesinha (€11) and prego no pão (€6.50) were solid. Liked that the place wasn't too loud, easy to just sit and eat. Homemade desserts looked good too.

The grilled octopus was the only thing that mattered to me. Cooked right, tender, smoky enough. Didn't care about the tables or how long the waiter took. Just that plate. Maybe a bit pricey for the portion, but I'd order it again. That's it.

Been coming here for years and the food stays consistent. The grilled fish with boiled potatoes was fresh, simple, no fuss. Daily menu is cheap for what you get. Mário remembered my usual order, which I appreciate. Only thing is it gets a bit busy around 1pm, so I try to come earlier. Solid spot for a quiet lunch.

Stopped by for lunch and ordered the onion cod. Cooked just right, flaky and that onion topping really works. Place feels proper old-school, nothing fancy but solid. Staff were friendly enough. Would eat that cod again for sure.

The restaurant is always excellent. It was not my first visit, and I have always received very good service. The food is always spectacular, and I am fascinated by the possibility of trying different tapas and seasonings. I will come back again for sure!

Fresh seafood, no question about it. Fish and shellfish were spot on. Service was a bit distant though, had to flag someone down for the bill. Prices run high, but you're paying for the quality of the ingredients. Fine for a business dinner, not for a casual catch-up.

Loved how the chef handled our group with three vegetarians—plenty of options. Staff spoke several languages and were super helpful. Just wish the music wasn't so loud.

The grilled octopus was spot on, tender and smoky. Wine list had some solid Portuguese picks. Staff knew their stuff too.

Stopped by after a rough day and the owner just handed me a drink on the house. Didn't ask for anything. Small thing but it hit different. Place itself is simple, nothing fancy, but that moment stuck with me. Probably why I'll go back next time I'm around.

Stopped by for dinner and honestly the duck with truffle risotto was the highlight—rich and cooked just right. Cocktails were good too, not overly sweet. Place has a cool artsy vibe with a DJ but not too loud, so you can actually talk. Staff checked in enough without hovering. Only thing is the cod wellington felt a bit small for the price. Still, decent spot if you're after something a bit different.

Such a great meal! Excellent food and service and the lovely Brazilian couple playing in the background make the whole experience unforgettable!

I went there for dinner with my colleagues and it was great! I ordered the lasagna that was delicious ( great portion I couldn't finish it myself). The Tiramisu was amazing, too! Service was great as well.

The food was amazing, good prices and really nice people. the atmosphere is beautiful. a really good experience! so recommended

Very nice place- we were placed first right next to the door (it was very loud and cold) - but the server helped us with that issue. He was very nice!

Service is friendly and efficient. Hugo and his team make you feel welcome without being intrusive.

The seafood rice with crab was unreal, best I've had in ages. Pricey though, but the view made up for it.

Best meal during our stay in Porto! The restaurant stands back from the main road in a little courtyard. Salmon Tartare, Cod & Sea Bass all beautifully presented and delicious. Desserts of chocolate tart & pistachio tart were perfect. Very friendly helpful staff.

The fried sardines were crispy and addictive. You can tell this place has been around forever, real family-run vibe. Port-braised pork cheeks melted too.
