The grilled octopus was spot on. Tender, smoky, decent portion for the price. Been eating here for years and that dish never misses.

The daily special here is solid &mdash; hearty and full of flavor. Place was packed with locals, always a good sign. Staff managed to help us out even with the language thing.

Decent sushi spot in Porto. We went on a weekday evening, place was busy but not chaotic. Had the salmon rolls and some nigiri - fish tasted fresh enough. Staff were nice, didn&#39;t rush us. Prices fair for what you get. Not mind-blowing, but a solid option if you&#39;re in the area and want Japanese. Would go back if I&#39;m nearby.

Stopped here after a long walk along the coast. Got the seabass, it was fresh and cooked properly, flaky and simple. Service was friendly, nothing over the top. Nice spot to sit and watch the water, though it did get a bit busy later. Prices fair for what you get.

Fantastic Pizza, lovely Service..we we&#39;re in luck one time with a 50% and another time with a 30% discount..but I think the Pizzas are worth it. Good quality of products and it feels also made with love. I don&#39;t understand why it was so empty both times we went there.

Lovely food with even lovelier hostesses.   We both ordered fish dishes.  They were large, simply prepared and amazingly fresh.  My husband keeps raving about his sea bass.  Highly recommend!!

Forn&oacute; Velho is a hidden gem in Porto, providing exquisite gastronomy and a charming atmosphere that makes dining a true delight.

We came for a quick dinner and honestly the staff made it. They brought out two homemade spicy sauces to try without us even asking. That little touch felt so personal, like eating at a friend&#39;s place. Wish I remembered the names of the sauces though, one had a serious kick 🌶️. Definitely a good spot to come with your people.

The chicken chop suey was fresh and the portion was huge for the price. Corn and crab chowder surprised me too. Just bring a sweater, it&#39;s pretty chilly inside.

The francesinha here is seriously good. Sauce has that deep, smoky richness and the sandwich is packed properly. I had it with a cold glass of vinho verde which cut through all that cheese nicely. One of the better ones I&#39;ve found around Porto, no question. Just wish they&#39;d brought the drinks out a bit faster.

Nice spot right by the river. Food was good, kids menu had enough options for my lot. Beer list was a bit of a letdown though, was hoping for something local. Service was fine, nothing to complain about. Probably come back if we&#39;re in the area again.

Weekday lunch here is such a good deal - we got the menu with dessert and coffee for two, only &euro;21. Plenty of food for the price, honestly perfect for catching up with friends. 😊
